Martin Minnock, Head of Data Solutions
Expleo
Expleo has announced the appointment of Martin Minnock as Head of Data Solutions. In their new role, Minnock will oversee the implementation of end-to-end data solutions. This will span strategy, governance and data analytics, and they will assist organisations in extracting greater value from their data through technology, process and people. They will also be responsible for driving innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver data solutions at scale, with a particular focus on the banking, insurance, engineering and public sectors.
Minnock has 25 years of experience and has led multiple senior leadership positions. Most recently, they were Head of Product at CKDelta. Prior to this, they served as Director of Engineering at both Marsh McLennan and Rent the Runway, and as Chief Technology Officer at ACETECH.

Pauline Plunkett, Managing Director
L&G
Plunkett joined L&G in 2014 to lead insurance client relationships. More recently, she undertook the role of CEO of LGIM Managers (Europe) Limited and Managing Director of Ireland. In these roles, she has been instrumental in building L&G’s presence in Dublin and across the continent, while deepening the firm’s relationships with institutional and insurance clients.

Daniel Stephenson, Head of Consultancy
Lisney
Daniel Stephenson has been appointed as Head of Consultancy of Lisney. In his new position, Stephenson will lead the development of the new Consultancy division of Lisney.
Stephenson has built a career spanning property development, investment, asset management and consultancy, with extensive experience in the UK market. Most recently, he was Managing Director of London & Devonshire Trust, an independent developer of residential and commercial property in the South West of England, where he was responsible for development and investment activity, as well as acquisitions and asset management.
His previous roles include Group Property Director at engineering services provider Renew Holdings and Head of Consultancy at Aitchison Raffety, a chartered surveying and property consultancy employing more than 100 people across surveying, valuation, property management and town planning.
Speaking on Daniel Stephenson’s appointment, Aoife Brennan, CEO of Lisney, said, “We have seen increasing demand from clients for specialist property consultancy advice that complements the expertise already available across Lisney. There is significant scope to grow this area of the business and provide clients with an even broader range of services. Barry Gavin, Independent Non-Executive Director & Chairperson
Activ8

Barry Gavin has been appointed as Activ8’s Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of the company’s board.
Gavin brings over 25 years of experience in sustainable finance and clean energy infrastructure. He previously held C-suite executive and Non-Executive board roles with organisations including Gaelectric, CODEMA, An Post and FuturEnergy Ireland.
His experience spans corporate governance, strategy, and investment, alongside sector expertise in the primary emitting sectors, power, heating/cooling, and transport, across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
Commenting on his appointment, Barry Gavin said, “This is an exciting time to join Activ8. Over two decades, the team has built a strong position in the Irish solar market, providing a solid platform for the next phase of growth. I’m looking forward to working with Ciaran, the Board and the wider team as the business develops. John Cunningham, Chair
Community Foundation

John Cunningham has been appointed as Community Foundation’s Chair of the Board of Directors on 29 September. Cunningham brings over four decades of experience in leadership roles across business, strategy, and active board memberships in civil society.
The appointment comes as Community Foundation Ireland aims to grow the role of strategic philanthropy in advancing equality, strengthening communities, and protecting nature and the environment.
Welcoming the appointment, Denise Charlon, chief executive, said, “As a business leader with experience across many areas of civil society, from championing young people to advancing migrant rights to combating sexual violence, John brings a perspective which will benefit our role as a philanthropic hub.
He brings a perspective that resonates with visionary donors seeking to create meaningful change, while also offering valuable insight into identifying both needs and challenges and the strategic actions needed to secure a better future for people, place and planet.
Through his involvement in a wide range of industries and his membership of the Council of Dublin Chamber, John will bring experience and insight that will assist the continued evolution of Irish philanthropy. Junior Achievement Ireland
In her new position, she will help guide JAI’s next phase of growth as it expands its national impact and supports more young people to build skills and confidence for the future.
Commenting on her appointment, Paula Neary said, “I am enormously proud to take on the role of Chairperson of Junior Achievement Ireland as it marks 30 years of impact in Ireland.
