Vincent Dolan is the Vice President of Marketing, Sustainability & Corporate Communications at Dole Plc. He joined the firm in 2007 as European Marketing Manager before being made Group Marketing and Sustainability Director.
In January 2022, he took up his current role. He previously worked at Fyffes and Freshfel Europe and holds a Masters in Management for Sustainable Development from Dublin City University.
Caroline Donellan, Director of Marketing & Brand,
Sky Ireland
Caroline Donellan is the Director of Marketing & Brand at Sky Ireland where she leads and delivers the marketing & brand strategy for Sky’s range of services covering TV, Broadband, Sports, Cinema and Content. Donellan is responsible for the development and implementation of Sky’s marketing & brand strategy to drive awareness and customer acquisition through the management of all creative, media and TTL advertising in Ireland.
Previous to this role, she has over 17 years’ experience in Financial Services, managing the launch and repositioning programme of a challenger brand and new retail bank to the Irish marketplace. She manages a team of twenty tasked with delivering on brand and marketing objectives. She holds a 1st Class Honours Degree in Business Studies.
Mark Doyle, CMO,

Mark Doyle is a leading marketing and business leader with over 15 years global marketing experience, successfully building brands and driving commercial success across multiple industry sectors and organisations including AIB, EBS, Guinness, Volkswagen and L’Oreal.
Doyle worked in London for 10 years in some of the biggest Global Advertising Agencies such as DDB and Adam&Eve before joining AIB in late 2013.
Following a three year tenure as Head of Digital Marketing & Innovation at AIB, he was appointed Head of Marketing, with responsibility for all marketing activity across sponsorship, AIB Brand & EBS mortgages.

Kerry Elsdon is VP — Web3 Marketing & Creative Technology at Mastercard. She has been at the firm since 2014 when she joined as Head of Media and Digital Marketing Europe. An accomplished marketeer, Elsdon has previously held roles at Warner Bros., AKA Promotions, Universal McCann, Carat and Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Elsdon holds a bachelor of arts in marketing from Bournemouth University.
Una Fitzgibbon, Director of Marketing & Communications,

Fitzgibbon is responsible for the development and evaluation of marketing and brand strategies, optimising and scaling marketing activities across integrated channels, acting with the consumer in mind at all times to build brand positioning nationally and globally.
She is a member of the Bord Bia Senior Leadership team since 2006. Fitzgibbon was previously National Sector and Region Manager at Enterprise Ireland, Marketing Consultant with Omnicom Media Group in the UK and Global Business Analyst at Diageo.
She is a BComm Graduate of UCD, a Marketing Post Graduate of the University of Louvain and an alumni member of the University Of Cambridge Institute Of Sustainability Leadership.

Fitzpatrick has overall responsibility for marketing across Zurich Life’s retail and corporate business and she plays a key role in the delivery of Zurich’s customer strategy. She also has responsibility for managing Zurich’s reputation as Head of Corporate Communications.
She oversaw the launch of Zurich’s current ‘What can go right’ advertising campaign as well as Zurich’s ‘Dear 30 Year Old Me’ campaign, winner of an All Ireland Marketing Award for Best Brand Campaign. Fitzpatrick is very supportive of Zurich’s CSR activities including Tackle Your Feelings, a mental wellbeing campaign developed in partnership with Rugby Players Ireland.

She has focused on sales management within Irish distribution driving sales of leading brands within the channel particular focus on strong relationships, negotiating terms and improving supply chain. Her responsiblities have also included Business Development of irish retail market focusing on regional opportunities and aligning product set to suit accounts.

Tricia Gallagher leads the marketing and pursuits strategy for KPMG – Ireland’s leading professional service firm. Working with global brands for over 15 years, she’s built best in class teams, delivering innovative campaigns across multiple sectors.
A keen advocate of diversity and inclusion, Gallagher played a key role in 20×20 – a nationwide campaign focused on Women in Sport. More recently she was involved in the return of the KPMG Women’s Irish Open to the LET schedule.
She is a recognised marketing leader who holds experience in the music and tourism industries. A graduate of UU, Gallagher hails from Donegal and in her down time she likes to travel and ski.
Aisling Gavin, Head of Marketing,

Aisling Gavin has been the Head of Marketing at Portwest since 2018. She has extensive experience in marketing and worked as Head of Marketing at Travelopia prior to joining Portwest.
Gavin has previously worked at Scottish Water, Rybka limited, Hymans Robertson and TUI Group. She is a graduate of the Institute of Technology, Sligo and holds a Masters of Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University.

Ronan Geraghty is the Marketing and Operations Lead (COO) for Microsoft Ireland, responsible for the overall commercial operations of the subsidiary, including marketing, budgeting, GTM planning and business strategy.
Geraghty joined Microsoft in 2007, holding several business development roles in the subsidiary before moving to Microsoft Western Europe in 2013, as a Director in the Azure Business Group, responsible for Azure Sales and Marketing across 12 subsidiaries and 14 countries.
His primary responsibility in this period was to mainstream Azure from an incubation business, working across engineering, product management, sales, and partner teams to scale the business.
Prior to joining Microsoft, he had extensive experience in engineering and consulting roles, working with Manufacturing, FSI and Telco customers worldwide.
Nikki Gibney, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer,

Nikki Gibney started her career as a graduate with Deloitte’s Consulting practice in London, and has grown her career from her time as a client facing consultant specialising in communications and culture change, through to her recent appointment as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for the Irish firm.
Her career journey included departing Deloitte for a period to work in the not-for-profit sector where she ran the Kanchi business network. She is also a co-founder of the charity Move4Parkinson’s.
Prior to her current role Gibeny was Director of Business Development, where she built the local pursuits team and Client Programme. She brings a focus on driving business growth and making an impact through the sales and marketing team.

Hugh Hardiman began his professional career as special assistant to the Minister of Justice, Equality and Law Reform. He is currently the Director of Public Affairs for Intel Ireland, Where he has been for half a decade.
He leads a team focused on community relations, corporate volunteerism, government affairs and media relations. Prior to joining Intel, Hardiman was Head of Communications and Public Affairs with Bayer. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from University College Dublin.

Hayes currently holds the position of Global Brand Director for Indeed, the world’s #1 hiring platform, leading and overseeing marketing campaigns & strategies across multiple regions. Previously holding the position of Group CMO of Communicorp Media (now Bauer Media Audio Ireland), Ireland’s largest independent radio group.
She began her career with Ryanair, moving onto work across various roles with Pernod Ricard based both France and Ireland including Global Senior Brand Manager for Jameson Whiskey. Hayes held the position of board member of the Marketing Society of Ireland 2017-2020.

Mark Henry leads the Central Marketing Division of Tourism Ireland – the public body that promotes the island of Ireland overseas.
His remit includes strategy, research, brand, content creation, digital platforms, customer engagement and industry partnership.
The World Economic Forum rates Ireland as the third best in the world in tourism marketing and branding, and Tourism Ireland’s innovative campaigns helped double the number of leisure visitors to the island in the decade before the pandemic.
For the past year, the organisation’s focus has been to position the island for a strong tourism recovery by developing new marketing technology capability and keeping the destination top of mind amongst consumers.
