John Willett, co-founder and COO of Rogo
As the company opens its first international office in London to accelerate expansion across Europe, Willett is leading the charge on the ground, building strategic partnerships with European financial institutions and driving successful implementation and adoption. Recognised on the 2025 Forbes 30 Under 30 list, Willet represents a new generation of operators scaling high-growth technology companies onto the global stage.
Paul Hourican, Head of Creative Industries at Namier Capital Partners
Hourican has extensive experience in the music industry, having acted as Global Head of Music at TikTok, Head of Talent and Music at MTV, and in senior leadership roles at YouTube. His deep understanding of creative industries, digital transformation, and audience engagement positions him as a leading voice on the evolving relationship between music, media, and technology.
Ken Moore, Chief Innovation Officer of Mastercard
A veteran of the tech industry, Moore brings decades of experience leading large-scale digital transformation across global organisations. He is widely recognised for his expertise in driving innovation within complex ecosystems, advancing secure digital payments infrastructure, and embedding emerging technologies into enterprise strategy to deliver long-term growth and resilience.
Bianca Zwart, Chief Strategy Officer at bunq
Zwart’s journey at bunq began in 2016 on the front lines of user support. After rising to Head of PR & Communications, she left to launch and scale two successful companies – Black & White Communications, and Pioneer Academy – before rejoining bunq as its first Chief of Staff in 2022. Now, as CSO, she drives the strategy that powers bunq’s global growth and leads the company’s largest division, focused on making life easy for users everywhere.
Thomas Zimmermann, CEO of FREENOW
Zimmermann has been the Chief Executive Officer of FREENOW, one of Europe’s leading multimobility apps, since April 2022. He has been with the company since 2018, initially serving as Chief Marketing Officer. There, he led marketing, marketplace performance, and data and growth teams. He also helped transform the business from a traditional taxi-hailing app into a broader mobility platform before taking the top leadership role.
Sigurdur Arnason, co-founder and CEO of Overtune
Arnason is co‑founder and CEO of Overtune, an AI-powered platform that enables anyone to create and share music. Launched in 2020 with co-founders Jason Dadi Gudjonsson and Petur Eggerz Petursson, Overtune’s mission is to redefine music creation with an intuitive platform for everyone.
Eric Mosley, founder and CEO of Workhuman
Mosley is co‑founder and CEO of Workhuman. The company builds cloud-based employee recognition and engagement software. Previously known as Globoforce, he co-founded the company in 1999. He has grown it from its Dublin roots into one of Ireland’s first unicorns. The company now has headquarters in Dublin and Framingham, Massachusetts, US.
Dublin Tech Week
Additionally, the tenth year of the summit marks the return of the Dublin Tech Week, taking place on 22-29 May. The event will bring together the city’s tech leaders, educators, creatives and public through a vibrant series of events, showcasing Dublin as a dynamic global tech hub.
