This episode of the Exporters Series features Conor O’Byrne, CEO of RelateCare, which started life as a joint venture between the Cleveland Clinic and Rigneydolphin. Rigneydolphin’s expertise in contact centre management was combined with the Cleveland Clinic’s experience in healthcare delivery to make RelateCare.
RelateCare’s mission is to improve health equity and improve patient outcomes. According to the company, four out of the top ten US hospitals use RelateCare, more than 20m appointments by the company annually, and it currently boasts a staff of 1,400 internationally.
Business & Finance conducts interviews with those drawn from the ranks of Ireland’s most successful exporters and those nominated for the Business & Finance Awards Elevation Award. The Elevation Award was launched in 2018 in partnership with Enterprise Ireland. This award recognises Irish companies that are fast-growing and with significant potential to continue to scale globally, focused on Irish companies achieving up to €350m in revenue. The Award complements the well-established Company of the Year Award, which recognises Irish companies above this revenue threshold.
