Business leaders gathered at GLEN’s inaugural Workplace Equality Index Awards, which took place on September 22nd at Dublin’s Westin Hotel.

The GLEN Workplace Equality Index Awards is Ireland’s premier lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) inclusive employers awards and leaders from business and the public sector were among the many attendees at the awards luncheon in September.

The results of GLEN’s search for the best places to work for LGBT employees in 2015 were revealed as the work of exceptional individuals who have played a key role to make their workplace equal and inclusive for LGBT employees, clients, and service users was celebrated.

The Awards provide an opportunity for senior leaders, LGBT and ally employees and HR professionals to come together and network with organisations at every stage of their LGBT diversity journey.

Open to all employers, the Workplace Equality Index is an essential way to measure your organisation’s efforts to tackle discrimination and create an inclusive workplace for your lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees.
