Q. What was your first job? My first job was at age 14 as a bar assistant in Na Piarsaigh Hurling and Football Club Q. What would you regard as your greatest achievement to date? Raising three great sons has definitely been my greatest achievement. Q. In three words or fewer, how do you define success? Happy. Responsible. Contributing. Q. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given? Never give up no matter what the odds. Q. How do you motivate yourself and your team? Lead by example listen and learn everyday. Q. If you could step into the shoes of one business person for the day, who would it be and why? It would have to be Michael O Leary. He may be marmite but he gets things done. Q. How do you relax? Watching hurling, especially when Cork win. Q. What’s your motto? Do no harm. Q. What are your aspirations for the future of your business? Bigger and better.
