Tim Quigley, Corporate Finance Partner

Tim Quigley has joined RSM Ireland as Corporate Finance Partner. A graduate of both University College Dublin and UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Tim has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and previously held roles with Kish Capital, Merrion Capital and Deloitte. At RSM Ireland, Tim joins the transaction advisory team, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and due diligence.

Dillon Eustace announced the appointment of Keith Waine, as Partner and Head of Financial Regulation. Keith will be responsible for providing regulatory advice and support to domestic and international corporates, financial services providers, banks, investment firms, retail credit firms, credit servicers, payments firms, e-money firms and insurers. Keith has years of industry experience working as Head of Legal and Compliance at National Irish Bank (later Danske Bank), Co-Founder and Chief Compliance Officer of an alternative mortgage lender and Head of Legal at Barclays Bank Ireland PLC.
