New appointments: ASAI appoints three new members to its Board

Business & Finance highlights new Board member appointments at the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland (ASAI)

The Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland (ASAI), the independent self-regulatory body, announced the appointment of three new members to their Board – Antony Whittall, Commercial Head of RTÉ TV Operations, Elizabeth Sheehan, Marketing Director at Lucozade Ribena Santory and Charley Stoney, CEO at the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland (IAPI).

Lucozade Ribena Suntory

Elizabeth Sheehan is Marketing Director at Lucozade Ribena Suntory since 2014. She has worked extensively in the drinks and FMCG industry with Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard, PepsiCo and Mars Ireland, leading a variety of consumer brands.  She has also worked across many international markets.

Antony Whittall, Commercial Head of TV Operations

RTÉ

Antony Whittall has worked with RTÉ since 2003. In his current role as Commercial Head of TV Operations, he is responsible for developing TV operations facilities, external independent production company investment and the growth of international production revenue streams.

Charley Stoney, CEO

Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland

Charley Stoney has recently been appointed as CEO of the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland. Before taking up the IAPI role, Charley Stoney worked as Managing Director at Alternatives from 2014. She has been immersed in the marketing and advertising services industry for over 25 years, with a wealth of knowledge in this sector.
