Jörg Koletski, Chief Information Officer
Aercap

Jörg Koletski is a global CIO and has significant experience in managing complex system implementations on a large scale, transforming IT functions, and running high-quality teams. His experience extends to working within large multinational companies, including IBM, Volkswagen, National Grid, E.ON, and AerCap. Following the $30bn acquisition of the GE aircraft leasing business, Jörg was instrumental in the integration project, harmonising systems globally and introducing leading technologies. He is currently focusing on rolling out agentic AI-enabled systems to the enterprise.


Rashmi Kumar, SVP & Chief Information Officer
Medtronic

Rashmi Kumar became Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Medtronic in December 2022.

Focused on operational excellence, strategic project execution, and growing IT as a digital business partner, Kumar is also very passionate about building a strong IT leadership team and facilitating her team members’ growth while enabling them to maximise their potential.

A seasoned turnaround and growth-oriented CIO, Kumar has a multifunctional background and extensive ERP, cloud transformation, data analytics, operations, board-facing, and cybersecurity expertise.

With more than thirty years of proven experience, her primary areas of focus include digital transformation, AI/ML, data and analytics, strategic planning, digital business model development, and large-scale business process transformations.

Prior to Medtronic, she led the global IT team at Hewlett Packard Enterprises (HPE), and was the company’s Senior Vice President and CIO, responsible for global implementation of the company’s digital transformation programs.

She served as CIO and CTO for many Fortune 50 companies, including McKesson, Southern California Edison, Toyota, HPE, and Tata Steel.

Kumar is also a member of the Board of Directors for Myriad Genetics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering from BIT Sindri in India and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.


Enda Kyne, Chief Technology & Operations Officer
FBD Insurance plc

Enda Kyne is the Chief Technology and Operations Officer with FBD Insurance. He previously held the positions of Director of IT and Technology Transformation with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Interim CIO with Dairygold Co-Operative Society, and Head of Operations Enablement and Programme Director with Bank of Ireland.

He served on the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland Business Transformation Programme Board for the term January 2019 to December 2024.

Kyne holds a BSc in Information Technology from Dublin City University, and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.


John Lenihan, Chief Information Officer & Head of IT
KPMG Ireland

John holds a Master’s in Engineering Science from NUI Galway.
He and his team look after the planning, operation, and security of the systems, networks, and other technology for the KPMG firm on the island of Ireland.

Brian Lewis, Chief Technology Officer
Datalex

Brian Lewis has helped accelerate Datalex’s technological innovation as it continues to evolve its digital retail offering.

Lewis leads Datalex’s evolving technology strategy, with a continued focus on emerging and adjacent technologies that are aligned with the company’s market position in airline digital retailing.

His extensive experience in travel, innovation, and technology includes previous roles as CTO at OpenJaw Technologies, senior technical architect at SITA, and, most recently, he ran his own strategic and technical advisory consultancy.

Lewis has also been instrumental in founding and participating in various industry innovation think tanks and industry bodies, including IATA’s Airline Industry Retail Forum.


Barry Lowry, Chief Information Officer
Gov.ie

Barry Lowry is the CIO for the Irish Government and the Chief Adviser to the Government on all Digital matters affecting the State and its citizens.

His role in taking forward the government’s digital agenda includes developing the use of shared services, digital, and data to better serve the people of Ireland, and helping Ireland to influence and exemplify the EUʼs digital ambitions.

Barry is a Fellow of the Irish and British Computer Societies and was awarded an Honorary Fellowship of the Analytics Institute of Ireland in 2022, the Government/Public Sector CIO/IT Leader of the Year in 2023 and a Lifetime Achievement award in 2024.


Brian Lynch, Chief Information Officer

Brian Lynch has been Chief Information Officer at Aon Risk Services for almost 25 years.

Aon PLC is a British-American multinational professional services firm that sells a range of financial risk-mitigation products, including insurance, pension administration, and health-insurance plans.

Aon has approximately 50,000 employees in 120 countries.


Conor Lynch, Chief Information Officer
Flutter

Conor took up this position in March 2023 following his successful tenure as Flutter’s Group Director of Strategic Platforms, where he was instrumental in developing and improving Flutter’s global technology strategy.

Prior to this role in the Flutter Group, Conor worked for Paddy Power Betfair, where he held several senior roles across the organisation in technology and product.

Before his move to Paddy Power in 2009, Conor had a successful career in the digital technology space, holding roles in both large multi-nationals and technology start-ups operating in the Finance, Automotive, Airline, and Construction industries.

Conor was educated at University College Dublin, graduating in Electronic Engineering. He is currently on the board of GiftsDirect.com and is a member of the Dublin Innovation Advisory Council.

He has also played a role as an external examiner for the Computer Science department of Technological University Dublin.


Andy Marshall, Chief Information & Technology Officer
Glen Dimplex

Andy Marshall holds an MSc in Cloud Computing from the National College of Ireland.

He has served as Chief Information & Technology Officer at Glen Dimplex since January 2024.

His career includes senior technology leadership positions at Emirates, where he was Head of Enterprise Technology Portfolio from 2020 to 2024 and Divisional Chief Information Officer for Global Cargo and Ground Handling from 2017 to 2020.

Before that, he worked as Director of IT at Riyadh International Airport with Daa International. He began his career as European IT Operations Lead at Hertz.


Steven Martin, Technology Director
Bord Gáis Energy

Steven Martin leads the development and execution of Bord Gáis Energy’s technology strategy to deliver a ‘Greener Fairer Future’ for customers & colleagues.

Steven has been with Bord Gáis Energy since 2015; prior to this, he worked in technology consulting for 15 years, holding roles in KPMG Ireland, BearingPoint, and Deloitte Consulting UK.

Steven holds a B.Sc. in Software Engineering from the University of Glasgow.


Lorna Martyn, Chief Information Officer
Fidelity Investments

Lorna Martyin is the CIO of Fidelity Investments.

She joined Fidelity in 2004 as a project manager and has since held several leadership positions; she is also a board member and past Chair of Technology Ireland.

She holds a BSc in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick, an MBS in Management Information Systems from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion with First Class Honours from the University of Limerick.


Hugh McDonnell, Chief Technology Officer
Uniphar plc

Hugh McDonnell is Chief Technology Officer at Uniphar plc, with over 25 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying complex software solutions across multiple sectors, including logistics, manufacturing, education, gaming, finance, and eCommerce.

Hugh is responsible for driving Uniphar’s digital transformation and setting the strategic digital direction, including leading a significant automation investment in a new state-of-the-art distribution facility.

Uniphar plc is a diversified healthcare services business servicing the requirements of more than 200 multinational pharmaceutical and medical technology manufacturers across three divisions – Commercial & Clinical, Product Access, and Supply Chain & Retail.


Louise McKeever, Chief Information Officer
Department of Agriculture

Louise McKeever has been Chief Information Officer at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine since September 2021.

She is responsible for the Information Management and Technology (IMT) Group that delivers ICT services as part of the department’s Corporate Development function.

She leads a comprehensive IT modernisation and digital transformation programme focused on reducing technical debt and democratising data across the enterprise.

She holds an MBA in Information Technology from University College Dublin.


Stephen McKenna, Chief Technology Officer
Musgrave Group

Stephen McKenna is Chief Technology Officer at Musgrave, a role he has held since 2022.

With more than 20 years of international experience across technology, operations, and business transformation, he is recognized for leading large-scale digital and IT programmes in complex multinational environments.

Before joining Musgrave, Stephen served as Director of IT and Digital at Brown Thomas Arnotts. Earlier in his career, he held several senior leadership positions at Dell Technologies, including Regional CIO for EMEA, Chief Enterprise Architect, and Global Head of Business Intelligence.

A qualified management accountant, Stephen combines strong commercial acumen with deep technical expertise and a proven ability to deliver high-value transformation initiatives. He is known as a trusted advisor and collaborative leader with extensive cross-cultural and executive-level experience.


Mick McMahon, Chief Information Officer
Iarnród Éireann

Mick McMahon originally joined Iarnród Éireann in 1999 and has held the position of Chief Information Officer since 2019.

He has responsibility for ensuring that IT delivers business value for Iarnród Éireann.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering, an MSc in Industrial Engineering, and an MSc in Computer Applications.

McMahon is a keen cyclist and amateur photographer.


Seamus Minogue, BPI & IT Department Manager
Enterprise Ireland

Seamus Minogue is the Technology Transformation Delivery Lead at Enterprise Ireland with responsibility for technology design and implementation across the organisation’s internal digital initiatives.

He leads a ring-fenced technology delivery team who are planning and designing the organisation’s Future Technology Architecture with CRM and public-facing digital services at its heart, leveraging AI and automation to deliver a three-year digital transformation programme.

Seamus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from DCU and an MBS in Management of Information Systems from Smurfit Business School.


Patrick Moriarty, Director of Technology & Information Services
Ibec

Patrick Moriarty is the Director of Technology & Information Services at Ibec.

Ibec is Ireland’s largest lobby and business representative group. Its purpose is to help build a better, sustainable future by influencing, supporting, and delivering for business success.

Prior to joining Ibec, Patrick held senior roles at FTI Consulting and RSA Insurance. He holds a B.E. from UCD and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa, Madrid. He is a CFA charterholder.


Des Morley, Chief Digital & Technology Officer

Des Morley has been the Chief Digital and Technology Officer at An Post since 2020, having joined the organisation as Chief Digital Officer in 2018 to drive An Post’s Digital Transformation strategy.

His responsibilities span across all digital and IT aspects of An Post’s business activities of retailing, financial services, logistics, and government services, with a focus on accelerating the business into a modern, digital organisation.

He has over 25 years of experience in delivering large-scale complex digital transformation and customer experience programs, having previously worked in telecommunications, financial services, and technology sectors.


Anthony Murray, Group IT Manager
Dalata Hotel Group plc

Anthony Murray has been with Dalata Hotel Group since its inception in 2007 and has played a central role in shaping and scaling the Group’s technology capability throughout its development into Ireland’s largest hotel operator.

As Head of IT, Anthony is responsible for the Group’s technology strategy, information security, systems development, infrastructure, and the delivery of technology initiatives across the hotel portfolio and support offices.

He leads a dedicated IT team focused on delivering secure, scalable, and operationally effective technology solutions in a complex, fast-moving hospitality environment.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Anthony brings deep sector knowledge, practical leadership, and a strong understanding of the systems and processes required to support multi-site hotel operations.

His work has supported the Group through significant growth, operational change, and increasing digital maturity.

Anthony’s focus is on ensuring business continuity, strengthening security and resilience, and delivering technology platforms that support hotel teams, guests, and the wider business.

He continues to play a key role in aligning IT capability with business priorities as the organisation evolves.


Henriette Nielsen, Executive Vice President & Chief Transformation Officer
Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals Ireland

Henriette Nielsen is the Executive Vice President & Chief Transformation Officer at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals.

She has executive responsibility for all human resources, communications, and people-related matters, as well as being responsible for building out the firm’s ESG program. She is also a member of Mallinckrodt’s executive committee.

Nielsen has significant experience from a range of corporate functions and a proven track record of enhancing operations at pharmaceutical companies.

Most recently, she served as EVP of Business Operations at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, where she led the company’s business operations division and had oversight of the legal, pharmacovigilance, compliance, risk, IT, digital, and business improvement functions.

She also led the company’s ESG strategy and was responsible for Hikma Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Hikma Pharmaceuticals.

Prior to Hikma, Nielsen served as SVP and Chief Transformation Officer at Teva Pharmaceuticals and EVP and General Counsel at Actavis.


Siobhán Noble, Chief Data & AI Officer
Carne Group

Siobhán Noble is Chief Data & AI Officer at Carne Group, a role she has held since January 2026, and is a member of the Global Executive Committee.

She joined Carne in January 2022 as Director of Strategy and Operations, later serving as Managing Director of Product, Data and AI Strategy.

Prior to joining Carne, she spent nearly eight years at Leveris, a Banking-as-a-Service fintech, where she held roles including Chief Operations Officer, Operations Director, and Director of Programme Delivery.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies & French from Trinity College Dublin, an Executive MBA from Solvay Business School (VUB), and has completed executive education programmes at Harvard Business School Online and MIT Sloan School of Management.


Anthony O’Callagahan, Group Chief Information Officer

Anthony O’Callaghan is a seasoned IT executive with over two decades of experience driving digital transformation across global enterprises.

As Group Chief Information Officer at Carbery Group, he leads the company’s digital strategy, overseeing global initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, AI-driven innovation, and align technology initiatives with the company’s global vision.

Before joining Carbery, Anthony held key leadership roles at Flex, Johnson Controls, and Tyco, where he delivered large-scale digital solutions across IT operations, supply chain optimisation, AI and data analytics, commercial sales operations, and PMO.

Jeremy O’Callaghan, Chief Information Officer

Jeremy O’Callaghan is an experienced IT Professional with a track record for creating and implementing strategic IT direction for large multinational organisations that increase shareholder value, improve productivity, and reduce costs.

Killian O’Connell, Chief Information Officer

Killian O’Connell has worked at Davy Stockbrokers for over 30 years in a variety of roles and has served as CIO for the past 15 years.

In this capacity, he leads the business technology, digital platforms, cyber security, and infrastructure teams. He has played a central role in delivering large-scale transformation programmes, integrating acquired businesses, managing critical vendor relationships, and advancing digital process enablement across the organisation.

Killian holds a BSc in Computer Applications from DCU.
