Prior to becoming CMO, she held the role of Director of Customer Segments and Propositions in the Bank of Ireland Group.
In her current role as CMO, she is accountable for maintaining and continuing to build Brand and reputation relevance for one of Ireland’s oldest and most well-known brands, using data and partnerships to drive commercial growth, leading a significant marketing, analytics and customer engagement transformation across the Bank of Ireland group: including the Retail Ireland Division, the Corporate and Commercial Division, Wealth and Bank of Ireland UK. This is all done with a clear focus on increasing market share in an increasingly competitive market, improving and designing new-to-market customer propositions, using data and AI to transform engagement with existing and potential customers and driving new areas of growth through AI leadership, innovation, partnerships and digital transformation.

Her focus on data-led decision-making extends to how the team itself operates, tracking ROI and marketing impact while leading the adoption of AI to transform both the team’s ways of working and its structure as Inizio scales.
Before joining UDG Healthcare, Lucy built her career in journalism and consumer PR, including roles at Visit London and Excess Energy Communications.
