Company of the Month March 2022: FD Technologies expands reach of its data analytics platform

FD Technologies, the real-time analytics and consulting specialist is the Business & Finance Company of the Month for March 2022, in association with KPMG.

FD Technologies, founded in 1996 and headquartered in Newry, has signed a strategic partnership with Microsoft to expand the reach of its own KX Insights streaming data analytics platform. The partnership is a landmark agreement for KX and CEO Seamus Keating has described it as having significant strategic benefits supporting the company’s growth ambitions.

KX can capture any data, from any location and in any format. The streaming analytics platform provides real-time continuous intelligence. It is used in the financial industry across a range of data-intensive areas and is also deployed in other industries including manufacturing, automotive, energy, utilities and telecommunications. It also powers the MRP Prelytix digital marketing platform.

FD Technologies employs up to 3,000people across three separate divisions and last year announced the expectation of creating an additional 500 jobs with the opening of a new tech hub.
