Business & Finance, in association with Comtrade, hosted a ‘Ones to Watch’ Breakfast Briefing in The Merrion Hotel on July 17th aimed at supporting early stage enterprises.
In each issue of Business & Finance, up-and-coming start-up enterprises are profile in the Ones to Watch section.
Sponsored by Comtrade, the Business & Finance Ones to Watch recognises Ireland’s most dynamic emerging businesses. The entrepreneurs featured are shaping the country’s economic landscape and is a showcase for the vibrant start-up scene in Ireland.
As part of the partnership between Business & Finance and Comtrade, this business breakfast meeting was arranged to bring together the entrepreneurs featured in the Ones to Watch section in the last year.
The event was well-attended by emerging entrepreneurs and provided an opportunity to celebrate their enterprising spirit and achievements since establishing their companies.
Speaking at the breakfast Dejan Cusic, Solutions and Services Business director at Comtrade, said: “Every day I am awestruck by the number of exciting tech companies that are currently emerging from Ireland. To have so many of those companies together in one room was fantastic and I have no doubt that while this year they are the ones to watch, in the coming years we will see them scaling up the Top 100 list.”
He continued: “At Comtrade, we give small and large companies the tools and support they need to grow and innovate faster. I look forward to working alongside some of the inspiring business founders I met at the Ones to Watch event and helping them achieve their goals.”
