Leading design and development agency Square1 relocates its Dublin operations to The Masonry Iconic Offices in Dublin’s Liberties.
Square1 is one of Ireland’s leading design and development agencies. It was founded in 2013 by Ciarán Maher and Diego Solorzano and has since gone on to become the go-to provider for publishers within the Irish and UK market. Their clients include publishers such as Communicorp Media, Maximum Media, The Sunday Business Post and The Lovin Media Group.
Publisher Plus is an award-winning enterprise digital publishing platform developed by Square1. Launched in 2014, it now powers close to 70% of all publishers systems within Ireland. Publisher Plus provides a fully serviced solution for print, radio and digital publishers all for a low monthly cost.
A design-led, forward-looking company like this needs an office that lives up to its values, and so Square1 recently announced they have relocated their Dublin office to one of the rare repurposed warehouses in Dublin City, The Masonry Iconic Offices, which was the former IAWS headquarters.
The new Masonry Iconic Office has the capacity for 900 workers over six floors of offices. The building connects Georgian-style office space to a former warehouse in what was previously the headquarters of IAWS.
Ciarán Maher chief executive officer of Square1 said, “The relocation of Square1’s Irish operation to the Masonry Iconic offices is the culmination of an exciting year for us in 2019. With four existing offices across Europe, this move represents another significant milestone for Square1.”

Maher continued,
With the recent launch of our Publisher Plus platform for publishers, the new office space better accommodates our growing team and enables us to hire additional talent to continue to provide support and service to our global publisher clients. The additional space and excellent facilities will also help drive innovation and provide the opportunity for further expansion into additional markets, product lines and services.”
The Iconic Offices are modern, inclusive and somewhat relaxed. With over 3,648 members it’s a space that has the ability to empower businesses in Dublin’s most dynamic neighbourhood.
