400 new jobs for Cork at Voxpro

400 new jobs have been announced at Voxpro, an international provider of customer experience and technical support solutions to global brands, based in Cork.

As part of its US expansion plans, the company recently opened a new centre of excellence in Folsom, California – a hugely significant step for the company – and the jobs announcement in Cork increases employee numbers to more than 1,400 at the company.

An Taoiseach Enda Kenny said: “The creation of 400 new jobs by Voxpro is fantastic news for Cork and a boost to the reputation of the south-west region as a growing hub for innovative companies. The Government is determined to maintain a positive environment for enterprise to grow and create new jobs so that we can keep the recovery going. It is companies like Voxpro that are leading the charge in Ireland’s recovery. Creating jobs at home, expanding internationally and creating an excitement about the innovation coming out of Ireland.”

Speaking at the announcement, Dan Kiely, CEO of Voxpro, commented: “Linda and I are so proud to stand before you today marking the announcement of 400 new jobs at Voxpro. With team members from more than 26 countries, innovatively transacting business in as many as 18 different languages, our multilingual graduate talent pool is undoubtedly the key to our success. Voxpro’s international and indigenous partners include iconic brands that are truly changing the world such as Google, Airbnb, Nest, Etsy, Stripe, Red Bubble and Weebly. Established by co-founders, Dan and Linda Kiely 20 years ago, Voxpro operates successfully from three purpose-built facilities in Cork, as well as offices in Dublin, San Francisco and Folsom, with major global expansion plans over the coming years.
