Among our incredible team, we are proud to have two sets of sisters working together inside our Sales and Commerce teams. Rachel Fitzell & Jennifer Fitzell, and Ciara Byrne & Nicola Roche. Their unique bonds embody the spirit of collaboration, empowerment, and unwavering support that defines our overall culture.
For the sisters of One4all, working together is more than just a job, it’s a shared journey of trust, encouragement, and resilience. As Rachel Fitzell shared, “Our sisterly bond is the secret behind our success at One4all. Working side-by-side means we tackle challenges head-on, stepping in for one another without hesitation, whether it’s lightening a heavy workload or reminding each other to take a breather when things get hectic. This level of mutual support not only fuels our productivity but also fosters a work environment where everyone feels genuinely cared for.”
This unique bond strengthens not just individual relationships but also the culture at One4all, where collaboration and teamwork thrive. Having a strong support system in the workplace, whether through sisterhood, friendship, or mentorship, creates an environment where employees feel empowered to excel. As Nicola Roche shared, “I like working alongside my sister in One4all as it is nice to have a sisterly bond within the work environment, having my sister around adds fun to the day as we are very similar. As we work in different departments it allows us to bounce ideas off each other when needed. It can be tricky to balance personal and professional stuff, especially when we are so close and spend a lot of time together inside and outside working hours, we do leave work at work and do not allow it to spill over to our personal time, although we do vent to each other from time to time when needed.”
International Women’s Day on the 8th of March is a time to reflect on the importance of lifting each other up and recognising the value everyone brings. At One4all, we believe in meaningful rewards, ones that go beyond the gift itself.
