Company of the Month May 2022: ESW invests in US based ecommerce company Scalefast

ESW, formerly known as eShopWorld, has invested in LA based ecommerce company Scalefast and is our company of the month for May 2022, in association with KPMG

The Dublin based ecommerce company which was formerly known as eShopWorld, has acquired an LA based ecommerce company is our May 2022 Company of the Month. ESW is an enterprise commerce solution which enables retailers and brands to streamline ecommerce with solutions for every aspect of an global transaction including compliance, data security, fraud protection, taxes and tariffs, checkout, delivery, returns, customer service and demand generation. It facilitates the ecommerce strategy for some of the world’s largest brands.

The acquisition of Scalefast, an end-to-end ecommerce solution provider will further extend ESW’s market strength across apparel, beauty, personal care and luxury brands to include entertainment, gaming and electronics. Scalefast’s industry leading data analytics and speed-to-market will also facilitate turnkey localized stores, digital ‘pop up’ stores and highly targeted DTC brand campaigns, which will all strongly complement ESW’s cross-border DTC solutions and market-leading end-to-end customer experience.
