Cultura Technologies acquires Core Software

Cultura Technologies has expanded with the acquisition of Core Software, headquartered in Mitchelstown, Co. Cork.

Core Software is a provider of application software for the agribusiness and other trading industries. In operation for over 30 years, the company designs and sells products that are specifically created for agribusiness, hardware retailing, feed milling and milk processing.

James Baker, president, Cultura Technologies, said: “Cultura is committed to providing our customers and the industry with a broad suite of solutions that address the needs of the agri-food market. The acquisition of Core helps us to deliver on this vision by strengthening our leading position in agribusiness software technologies.
