CXC Corporate Services has announced a plan to create 30 new positions across operations, multi-lingual sales, marketing and support at its new EMEA Hub in Dublin.

The Australian company provides contingent workforce services to industry, recruiters and individual contractors.

The company’s customer base includes companies such as Cathay Pacific, Macquarie and global multinationals Microsoft, Coca Cola, Deloitte, Pfizer and Deutsche Bank.

The CXC Corporate Services Dublin EMEA Hub is located in The Glass House, Coke Lane, Smithfield, Dublin 7.

Connor Heaney, managing director, CXC Corporate Services, said: “We have invested in Dublin as it’s perfectly positioned between our two major growth markets, the US and EMEA. The talent pool available to us in Ireland plus the ease of access it affords to the USA and EMEA were key drivers in our decision to locate here.”

CXC Corporate Services have recently agreed a strategic partnership with leading on demand sourcing platform, Elevate Direct, which will be supported from Ireland.

Elevate CEO and co-founder Dan Collier said: “CXC is a logical and sensible partnership for us, it allows us to start offering the sourcing of contingent workers to clients globally, and to ensure that those workers are paid and managed compliantly, whatever the region. We’ve been focussing on the UK Markets and now with CXC Corporate Services, we are able to spread out much faster to North America and LATAM. “

Martin Shanahan, CEO of IDA Ireland added: “CXC Global has chosen Ireland as a base in which to expand its business into the European and US markets. IDA Ireland markets Ireland as a location for global companies from across the world to gain access to these markets. IDA Ireland’s Growth Markets division is actively targeting a number of companies in Australia – this investment win will assist in IDA’s marketing efforts.”
