What was your first job?

My first job was a hands-on role working in a warehouse picking orders. This role taught me the value of hard work, accountability, and showing up consistently, principles that have stayed with me throughout my career.

What are your main priorities and goals in your current role?

As Chief Revenue Officer at Hub Packaging, my focus is on driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer relationships, and aligning our commercial strategy with long-term market opportunities. I’m particularly focused on building a high-performing team and ensuring we deliver a true consultancy approach for our customers.

What pushed you to pursue a career in this field?

After 21 years in corporate FMCG, I wanted to experience something new. I was looking for a locally owned Irish business with ambition to scale, a clear transformation journey ahead, strong cultural and values alignment, and an opportunity where I could genuinely make a difference. Hub Packaging ticked all those boxes for me.

How do you motivate yourself and your team?

I stay motivated by setting clear goals and maintaining a strong sense of purpose. When it comes to my team, I focus on transparency, recognition, and building an environment where people feel trusted to take ownership and grow.

In one sentence, how would you define success?

Success is the intersection of consistently delivering meaningful results, developing and empowering a great team, building strong customer relationships, and finding genuine fulfilment in what you do.

How do you relax?

I like to switch off by spending time with my family, walking the dog, and getting out for a bit of golf when I can.

What is your favourite (non-business) book?

Rather than one standout favourite, I’ve really been enjoying Tom Bradbry spy novels.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

Great things happen outside your comfort zone.

How do you handle adversity?

I approach challenges calmly and pragmatically, breaking them down and working collaboratively with my team and colleagues to deliver solutions that benefit both the business and our customers.

What are the aspirations for the future of the business?

My ambition is to double the size of the business in a responsible, sustainable way by 2030, and to build a team of Packaging Consultants that customers trust and choose in every market and area where we operate.
