Last night KBC Bank Ireland received both the award for Best Mover Mortgage and Best Online Banking Experience at the bonkers.ie National Consumer Awards.
The bank won out against stiff competition in a victory that mirrors their success of last year’s event, where they received three awards.
Last night the bonkers.ie National Consumer Awards were held and proceedings took place at the Mansion House, Dublin, where KBC were recognised for their achievements with two awards; the Best Mover Mortgage Award and the Best Online Banking Experience Award.
“We are delighted to receive the award for Best Mover Mortgage”, said KBC Bank Ireland’s Director of Products, Fergal O’Riagain, “Which was recognised for providing great long term value and real benefits to a customer when switching mortgage from another provider”. The bank had achieved similar success at last year’s showing, where they received three awards – Best Value Current Account, Best Value First-time Buyer Mortgage and Best Value Switcher Mortgage.

The bonkers.ie Awards are aimed at celebrating excellence in customer values. There are 13 categories of award in all, including banking, utilities, energy suppliers and broadband suppliers.
