This week sees new and notable appointments at Accenture, Connelly Partners, Esri Ireland, Mason Hayes & Curran, and Teneo.

Noelle Doody, Data & AI Lead
Accenture

Accenture has announced the appointment of Noelle Doody as its new Data & AI Lead for Accenture in Ireland. In her new role, Noelle will be responsible for developing and implementing data and AI projects for Accenture’s clients in Ireland. Noelle joined Accenture in 2004 as a Business Analyst & Consultant, and held Managerial positions until 2016. She then worked as Head of Analytics for SSE Aitricity, until she joined Accenture again in 2021 as a Managing Director.

Commenting on Noelle’s appointment, Hilary O’Meara, Country Managing Director, Accenture in Ireland, said: “I am delighted to announce Noelle Doody’s appointment as Data and AI Lead for Ireland. Jimmy Murphy, Deputy Managing Director
Connelly Partners

Jimmy Murphy has been appointed as Connelly Partners’ Deputy Managing Editor. Jimmy brings 25 years of industry experience and will play a key role in growing the firm’s presence in Ireland. Prior to his new position, Murphy’s previous roles included shareholding directorship positions at Publicis Dublin and The Hive. Recently, Murphy served as Chief Commercial Officer at ACNE Dublin, part of Deloitte Digital.

Jimmy Murphy is a former Chair of the Marketing Society and a past President of IAPI, highlighting his longstanding dedication to the advertising industry.

Andreea Buchila, Professional Services Customer Success Manager
Esri Ireland

Esri Ireland has announced on Tuesday the appointment of Andreea Buchilas as its new Professional Services Customer Success Manager. In her new role, Andreea will be responsible for defining software and service offerings that provide solutions to customers’ business challenges. Additionally, she will oversee project delivery for some of Esri Ireland’s key accounts.

Andreea joined Esri Ireland in 2022 as a GIS Project Manager, where she gained valuable experience in project management and delivering customised solutions to clients.

Before this, she spent 18 years at Reliable Security Products Ltd., where she most recently served as Sales and Marketing Manager. In that role, she oversaw the sales team, managed the company’s business and accounting software, and led the development and execution of its marketing strategy.

Andreea holds an MSc in iBusiness – Innovation Through ICT from UCD and is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Commenting in her appointment, Andreea said: “I am delighted to move into the role of Customer Success Manager for Professional Services. I will work closely with customers to deliver solutions that will help them to grow and thrive, leveraging a blend of communication skills, commercial awareness, and team management experience. I also look forward to collaborating with the Esri Ireland team to provide best-in-class GIS services for our customers.”


Avril Daly, Counsel on Employment Law Team
Mason Hayes & Curran

Mason Hayes & Curran has announced the appointment of Avril Daly as Counsel on its employment law team. In her new role, Avril will be responsible for tailoring advice that works for her clients. Recently, she advised a multinational technology company on a large-scale redundancy, showcasing her expertise in restructuring and fair dismissals.

Frances Fitzgerald, Senior Advisor

Teneo has announced the appointment of Frances Fitzgerald as Senior Advisor. The former Tánaiste will also join the Teneo Ireland Advisory Board, which is chaired by one of Ireland’s most respected and influential business leaders, Gary McGann and also includes Irish sporting legend and business investor, Brian O’Driscoll. In her new role, Frances will be responsible for advising the firm’s clients and supporting the growth of the company in Ireland and Europe.

Frances served as Tánaiste from 2016 to 2017 and was a Cabinet Minister from 2011 to 2017. During this period, she held several senior portfolios, including Minister for Justice and Equality, Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, and Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation.

Commenting on her appointment, Frances Fitzgerald said: It is an honour to join Teneo and contribute to a firm that plays such a key role in advising many of Ireland’s most prominent organisations.
