This week sees new and notable appointments at Landmark Technologies, Ecclesiastical Insurance Ireland, and SYS Financial


Jim Kikvidze, Technical Account Manager,
Landmark Technologies

Landmark Technologies, an Irish provider of IT and cybersecurity services, has announced the appointment of Jim Kikvidze as Technical Account Manager. In this new role, Jim will work closely with customers to design and deliver technology solutions that underpin business operations.

He will be responsible for identifying potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities that customers may have in both their cloud and physical infrastructure. He will provide automation and artificial intelligence-driven solutions as demand for these types of services continues to grow. Kikvidze will also migrate critical data from on-premises to the cloud, carry out vital server and network upgrades, and implement data backup solutions in the age of increased cyber threats.

Prior to joining Landmark Technologies, Kikvidze spent three years at Nostra, most recently as a Technical Account Manager. Before that, he was a Cloud Telecom Specialist at Cashin Telecommunications.

Kikvidze holds Computer Network Cybersecurity and Computer Systems Networking certificates from Killester College, as well as a CompTIA Security + certificate in Computer and Information Systems Security. He also holds professional certifications from the Cisco Networking Academy.

Speaking on his appointment, Jim Kikvidze said: “I am delighted to step into my new role as Technical Account Manager. Ecclesiastical Insurance Ireland, part of the Benefact Group, has announced three appointments to its leadership and distribution teams as the business continues to grow its offering in the Irish market.

Adrian Leonard, ACII – appointed Head of Underwriting

Adrian Leonard has joined Ecclesiastical as Head of Underwriting, reporting to the Chief Underwriting Officer, Philip Rowe. Adrian brings over 20 years’ experience gained in a variety of senior underwriting roles.

In this new role, Leonard will contribute to and actively support the development and delivery of Ecclesiastical Ireland’s underwriting strategy – one that supports the company’s risk appetite and delivers sustainable, profitable growth across the specialist sectors in which it operates.

Mark Boylan, CIP – promoted to Strategic Distribution Manager

Mark Boylan has been promoted to Strategic Distribution Manager, having joined Ecclesiastical in 2014 as Business Development Manager. Mark brings deep expertise in broker development and relationship management, and will now lead Ecclesiastical’s evolving broker distribution strategy in Ireland. His role reflects the changing broker landscape and the growing importance of strategic broker relationships.

Boylan will be responsible for building commercially successful and sustainable partnerships with brokers across the country.

Audrey Hannon, ACII – promoted to Head of Strategic Change and Risk

Audrey Hannon, a Chartered Insurer, has been promoted to Head of Strategic Change and Operational Risk, and has also joined the Ecclesiastical Ireland Senior Leadership team. Audrey joined Ecclesiastical in 2022 as Change Manager, having previously held various key roles across the insurance sector. She brings extensive experience in operational management, underwriting, and transformation.

In this new leadership role, Hannon is responsible for embedding the change agenda across Ecclesiastical Ireland and for first line risk management, advising on risk matters and ensuring alignment with the Group’s risk framework.

Ecclesiastical Insurance Ireland has grown its team by over 30% since 2021.

Mike Perrick, Chief Growth Officer,
SYS Financial

SYS­­­­­­ Financial has announced the promotion of Mike Perrick to the role of Chief Growth Officer. Perrick’s appointment marks a key milestone for SYS Financial as it continues to grow its business.

As Chief Growth Officer, Perrick will lead the SYS Financial’s efforts to accelerate business growth and drive expansion, while continuing to provide advisory services to SYS Financial’s private clients. With nearly four decades of experience in senior roles across banking, private equity, and wealth management, Perrick brings expertise and insight to his new position.

Perrick’s promotion reflects a sustained commitment to strategic planning and long-term client success. In his previous role as Director of Private Clients, Perrick played a pivotal role within SYS Financial in building strong, trusted relationships with clients and delivering expert, unbiased advice in complex areas including wealth structuring, succession and inheritance planning, tax-efficient retirement strategies, and asset protection.
