Stephen Campion, Head of Finance,
NTR

Stephen Campion has been appointed as Head of Finance at NTR, an Irish sustainable infrastructure investor and asset manager.  In his capacity as Head of Finance, Stephen will play a pivotal role within the NTR team in delivering sustainable returns to investors and powering the clean energy transition across Europe.

Stephen has over 15 years of investment experience in the renewable energy and real estate sectors, most recently being Chief Commercial Officer at Simply Blue Group, a blue economy developer. There he was responsible for completing strategic offshore wind partnerships and investments in sustainable fuels. Prior to this, Stephen was Head of Finance at Kennedy Wilson Europe, a listed real estate investor and asset manager. During his tenure, Stephen established and scaled the European finance function, which supported the rapid growth of a multibillion-euro investment platform.

Stephanie McCann, Commercial Marketing Manager,
Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS)

Stephanie McCann Appointed as Commercial Marketing Manager at Complete Laboratory Solutions.

Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS) is announcing the appointment of Stephanie McCann to the role of Commercial Marketing Manager.

Stephanie is a vastly proficient professional with over 15 years of experience spanning the Clinical and Life Sciences industries, both in marketing consultancy and as an R&D scientist. In her new position, Stephanie will lead all marketing initiatives for the brand in addition to implementing data-driven approaches and client-centric solutions to grow the business. Her unique position, as a former laboratorian, will support CLS in developing integrated brand activities and in identifying new opportunities and partnerships on a local and international level.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in Cell Biology and Molecular Genetics and an MBA from HEC Paris. Prior to joining CLS she worked with a range of European and North American clients across industry sectors from start-ups to multinationals in a consultant capacity.

Nadia has held senior leadership roles previously within the Big 4, having accumulated over 10 years’ experience working within Big 4 practice, advising clients on multiple areas of corporate taxation law across multiple industries.

As Director of Recruitment at EHS International, John will lead the charge in redefining industry standards, embracing innovation, and tailoring solutions to meet the needs of clients and candidates. Vault365 is announcing the appointment of Mike Basile as Channel Manager for the UK and Ireland, a leading provider of data protection services.  Following significant demand for its data backup and security capabilities since its launch in Ireland last year, Vault365 has now rolled out its services in the UK market.

In this new role, Mike is responsible for managing the relationships with partners who deliver Vault365’s data protection and backup services to customers in the UK and Ireland. He plans to drive the growth of Vault365’s solutions suite and expand the company’s partner base, while also growing the number of customers across both markets. Mike will also focus on continuing to evolve the relationships with existing customers.

Prior to joining Vault365, Mike was a Product Manager with Cadoo, a business messaging provider. Here, he oversaw the design and development of new products and features in Cadoo’s portfolio across iOS and Android apps, as well as web messaging. Mike holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computing from Dublin Institute of Technology (now Technological University Dublin).

Irish-owned Org Group has announced the appointment of Pernille Fabricius as Group Chief Finance Officer into a newly created role supporting growth plans for the Group and its subsidiaries – the Irish global talent services firm Morgan McKinley, a business process managed services company Abtran and advisory and technology services firm Org. The Org Group employs 3,000 people worldwide. By advising clients, resourcing their operations and delivering managed solutions to complex issues, the Group connects specialist talent with leading employers across multiple disciplines, industries and geographies.

Pernille joins Org from Danish life sciences IT solutions company NNIT where she was EVP, Head of Strategy, Transformation and M&A, and previously CFO. Prior roles included executive positions at ISS, GN, APMM, and Getinge with the latest being Executive Director at Reliance Worldwide Corporation. In addition, she has held several Non-Executive positions.

Richard Coughlan has been appointed as Group Commercial Director by leading engineering firm, EDC. As Group Commercial Director, Richard will lead EDC’s program management strategies, oversee market intelligence, and optimise commercial performance on all projects. This translates to on-time project delivery, and outstanding design quality, thanks to EDC’s robust QA process. Richard’s experience spans Ireland, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates; and since joining EDC in 2021, Richard has been an invaluable team member, bringing a wealth of experience, including mechanical engineering expertise, cost management, and commercial acumen. Richard prides himself and his attention to detail, hands-on and particle approach, and can-do attitude, to delivering large-scale projects on budget.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction sector, Richard has been involved in large-scale projects in Building Services, Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Food & Beverage, Life Science, and Data Centre sectors; from design, engineering, contracting, and cost management points of view. In recent years Richard had overall responsibility for the commercial operations of a large Irish Mechanical & Electrical contractor operating in the Middle East Region.
