This week sees new and notable appointments at OSM Partners LLP, DAI Magister, Panametrics, and IQ-EQ.


Mary-Louise O’Hagan, Partner,
OSM Partners LLP

OSM Partners LLP, a Dublin law firm offering a range of specialist legal services, has announced the appointment of Mary-Louise O’Hagan as a Partner in the firm’s Property team.

O’Hagan has several years of experience advising on both residential and commercial real estate matters, with particular expertise advising on insolvency and property transactions. She regularly provides advice on security reviews, title rectification, disposal of large volumes of distressed properties and various complex property-related matters. She has also acted for corporate property developers in sales and commercial property purchases from hotels to office premises.

Claude Sassoulas, Sudhir Ispahani, Senior Advisor,
DAI Magister

DAI Magister, an investment bank offering financial advisory services within the fintech, tech-enabled commerce, climate and communications tech sectors, appointed two senior advisors, Claude Sassoulas and Sudhir Ispahani, both communication tech entrepreneurs and executives.

Paris-based Sassoulas has over 25 years of experience building and running large leading B2B organisations within the IT, Telecom infrastructure, services, and cloud sectors. His focus with DAI Magister will be international telecom and cloud infrastructure and services.

Ispahani, Hawaii and San Francisco based, is a highly sought-after strategist, investor and advisor with a distinguished career in leading transformative technological developments worldwide and guiding technology divisions of international and fortune 100 companies. His focus will be international communication infrastructures and global disruptive technologies in climate tech.

Colin Hehir, Vice President and General Manager,
Panametrics

Colin Hehir has been appointed as VP and GM at Panametrics, a Baker Hughes business, after serving as the company’s VP of Global Operations since July 2020.

In his new post at Panametrics, Hehir is focused on providing customers with highly accurate, highly reliable measurement solutions across moisture, oxygen, liquid and gas flow applications. This includes flare.IQ, Panametrics’ revolutionary technology that enables Oil and Gas operators to reduce methane emissions from flaring significantly. 

Prior to joining Panametrics, Colin spent four years as VP of Global Operations at GE, where he was financially responsible for the manufacturing, service, fulfilment, cost, quality and inventory for nine manufacturing sites across Ireland, the United States, the UK, Norway, India and China generating annual revenues exceeding $500m.


Diana Senanayake, Managing Director,
IQ-EQ

Leading global investor services group IQ-EQ announced the appointment of Diana Senanayake to the dual role of Managing Director of its Luxembourg headquarters and Regional CEO for Continental Europe.

Diana Senanayake is an accomplished executive with 26 years in financial services. Her extensive senior leadership, management and corporate governance experience span multiple jurisdictions worldwide. She has expertise in the European and Asian markets, with previous roles based in Singapore, Malaysia and Belgium, as well as Luxembourg.

In her new position with IQ-EQ, Senanayake will lead the day-to-day running and strategic direction of the firm’s head office in Luxembourg. She will also take responsibility for all activities across IQ-EQ’s continental European offices – including Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium and Cyprus. As a key member of the firm’s global Group Management Team, she will head up the regional leadership team encompassing finance, HR, operations, sales, risk and compliance as well as client relationship management and client services.

Senanayake commented on her appointment: “It is with absolute pleasure that I take on the leadership of IQ-EQ’s Luxembourg business and the newly created role of Regional CEO for Continental Europe. IQ-EQ is going from strength to strength as it grows at pace, and I am excited to work closely with my new colleagues, both in Luxembourg and internationally, to ensure that the Group continues on its upward trajectory.”
