New business hub set to open in north-west

ManorHUB, a brand new business hub in Manorhamilton, Co Leitrim will open on September 17th.

Supported by the Local Enterprise Office, ManorHUB is a unique centre of business excellence, providing an urban solution for like-minded professionals co-working in a collaborative space; to a rural problem of location isolation, poor broadband infrastructure and lack of executive business facilities.

The hub will offer 100Mb Broadband and comprise of a state-of-the-art boardroom/training room with full audio and visual conferencing facilities, a coffee dock, hot desks and shared office spaces.

The hub will also be home to the new FABLAB Manorhamilton. One of only five of its kind in Ireland and numbering among only 450 in the World, FABLAB Manorhamilton is a digital fabrication facility providing enterprises, creatives, schools and hobbyists access to a wide range of fabrication technologies such as 3D printing, laser cutting and open source electronics, allowing users to turn their ideas into new prototypes and products.

The FABLAB will also provide hands on training and fun courses throughout the year for the entire community and for all ages, on emerging technologies and digital design.

Situated at the centre of Manorhamilton’s vibrant export manufacturing sector, ManorHUB hub offers solo professionals a chance to maximise their business opportunity.
