This episode of the Exporters Series features Conor O’Byrne, CEO of RelateCare, which started life as a joint venture between the Cleveland Clinic and Rigneydolphin. Rigneydolphin’s expertise in contact centre management was combined with the Cleveland Clinic’s experience in healthcare delivery to make RelateCare.

RelateCare’s mission is to improve health equity and improve patient outcomes. According to the company, four out of the top ten US hospitals use RelateCare, more than 20m appointments by the company annually, and it currently boasts a staff of 1,400 internationally.

Elevation Award

The Elevation Award was launched in 2018 in partnership with Enterprise Ireland. The Award complements the well-established Company of the Year Award, which recognises Irish companies above this revenue threshold.
