Risk solutions firm Sedgwick announces creation of 250 jobs and international services hub in Dublin

Global risk solutions firm expanding its Irish footprint

Sedgwick, a provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits and integrated business solutions, announced the creation of 250 jobs in Ireland and its investment in the establishment of an international services hub in Dublin. Formerly known as Sedgwick OSG, the company currently employs 400 in seven offices across Ireland.

“Today’s announcement is the result of the continued, successful growth and performance of our Irish operations and our expectation that this development will continue,” said Malcolm Hughes, CEO of Sedgwick in Ireland. He continued,

We see our growth being driven by a strong pipeline of new business projects, our responsiveness to clients’ needs, and a demand for managed solutions in anticipation of Brexit.

Sedgwick secures Irish Life Health contract

Sedgwick has secured a significant contract with Irish Life Health as one of its preferred service providers. Sedgwick is committed to expanding in the Ireland market and plans to establish teams in Dublin to provide corporate services internationally, such as finance and IT support.
