Last week the 2017 version of the Business & Finance CEO 100 listing was revealed to an assembled gathering of Irish business leaders at Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel.
Among the gathering were special honouree Anne Heraty, CEO of Cpl Resources plc and Richard Moat, CEO of eir, who accepted their Company of the Month award on the evening.
Anne Heraty, the outgoing president of Ibec was commended by Business & Finance publisher Ian Hyland on both her business achievements and weathering an eventful year during her Ibec presidency.
Jim Dowdall, Managing Director of Irish Life Health, associate partners for the event, also addressed the crowd with an insightful speech, touching on issues pertinent to the modern business leader.
Also in attendance were a delegation from the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development, and John W. McCarthy, Chief of Staff for Rep. Brendan Boyle (D-PA) at U.S. House of Representatives.
