“In this issue, we celebrate those shortlisted for the 49th Business & Finance Awards who will be recognised at the prestigious Gala Ceremony on 8th December. The ceremony will feature a number of special awards including the TK Whitaker Award which will go to Golden Globe winner Gabriel Byrne and the Sutherland Leadership Award to political scientist, Dame Louise Richardson.
We look to the theme of our magazine which is an exploration of Agile Leadership in a Changing World. Dame Louise Richardson DBE, President of Carnegie Corporation and former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Oxford and the University of St. Andrews, writes a fascinating piece asking the question, ‘Why Leaders Lead?’
