Alison Duffy, Group Head of Marketing & Communications,
IQ-EQ

As Group Head of Marketing and Communications Alison Duffy is responsible for IQ-EQ’s end to end marketing and communications agenda across all IQ-EQ Group brands and segments – Funds and Asset Managers, Private Wealth and Institutional and Debt, Capital Markets and Corporates globally .

An expert in transformational change Duffy has managed numerous business acquisitions as well as a global rebrand since joining IQ-EQ in 2015.

Prior to joining IQ-EQ she held senior marketing and communications roles with Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited, Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited and Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (PlayStation).


Wendy Duggan, Director of Marketing,
Primark

Wendy Duggan is Head of Marketing for Primark, the Irish multinational fast fashion retailer, founded in 1969, with headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, and with outlets across Europe and in the United States. Wendy has been at Primark for over ten year and, prior to that, worked as Head of Marketing & PR for Awear. She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies, Business with a Marketing Specialism from Dublin City University.


Niamh Dundon, Head of Marketing,
Digital Realty

Niamh Dundon, Head of Marketing at Digital Realty has over 20 years’ experience spanning many industries and sectors including legal, PR, telco and product marketing.

She was appointed Head of Marketing at Digital Realty in 2020 where she develops and implements marketing strategies focused on building pipeline and brand awareness.

Dundon has responsibility for strategy, marketing communications, digital marketing and PR. She holds a Masters in Marketing Communications from University of Westminster.


Una Fitzgibbon, Director of Marketing & Communications,
Bord Bia

Una Fitzgibbon is Bord Bia’s Director of Marketing. Prior to her current position in Bord Bia she served in client facing sector and entrepreneurship roles.

Fitzgibbon is responsible for the development and evaluation of marketing and brand strategies, optimising and scaling marketing activities across integrated channels, acting with the consumer in mind at all times to build brand positioning nationally and globally.

She is a member of the Bord Bia Senior Leadership team since 2006. Fitzgibbon was previously National Sector and Region Manager at Enterprise Ireland, Marketing Consultant with Omnicom Media Group in the UK and Global Business Analyst at Diageo.

She is a BComm Graduate of UCD, a Marketing Post Graduate of the University of Louvain and an alumni member of the University Of Cambridge Institute Of Sustainability Leadership.


Elaine Fitzpatrick, Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Corporate Communications,
Zurich

Elaine Fitzpatrick is Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Corporate Communications at Zurich Life Assurance plc. She has over 30 years’ marketing experience at Zurich, which in recent years has grown to be the number two insurer in the life assurance market.

Fitzpatrick has overall responsibility for marketing across Zurich Life’s retail and corporate business and she plays a key role in the delivery of Zurich’s customer strategy. She also has responsibility for managing Zurich’s reputation as Head of Corporate Communications.

She oversaw the launch of Zurich’s current ‘What can go right’ advertising campaign as well as Zurich’s ‘Dear 30 Year Old Me’ campaign, winner of an All Ireland Marketing Award for Best Brand Campaign. Fitzpatrick is very supportive of Zurich’s CSR activities including Tackle Your Feelings, a mental wellbeing campaign developed in partnership with Rugby Players Ireland.


Ferenc Gál, Marketing Director,
CPL

Ferenc Gál is the Marketing Director at Cpl, a talent solutions provider offering specialised recruitment, managed services, outsourcing, and strategic talent advisory.

He is recognised for advocating talent marketing and employer branding strategies, contributing to transformative growth for clients. Prior to joining Cpl in 2019, Gál held senior roles at dentsu, Accenture, Google, and within the digital publishing sector.

 


Tricia Gallagher, Chief Marketing Officer,
KPMG

Tricia leads the Marketing and Pursuits function for KPMG – Ireland’s leading professional service firm. Working with global brands for over 17 years, she’s built best in class teams and delivered innovative campaigns across multiple sectors.

A keen advocate of diversity and inclusion, Tricia played a key role in 20×20 – a nationwide campaign focused on Women in Sport.

Under her leadership, KPMG continue to build credibility in that space with their investment in the KPMG Women’s Irish Open and their impressive portfolio of sporting ambassadors, all inspiring the future. Tricia is currently undertaking the Global Executive MBA programme with INSEAD.


Aisling Gavin, Head of Marketing,
Portwest

Aisling Gavin has been the Head of Marketing at Portwest since 2018. She has extensive experience in marketing and worked as Head of Marketing at Travelopia prior to joining Portwest.

Gavin has previously worked at Scottish Water, Rybka limited, Hymans Robertson and TUI Group. She is a graduate of the Institute of Technology, Sligo and holds a Masters of Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University.

 


Ronan Geraghty, Marketing & Operations Lead for Ireland,
Microsoft

Ronan Geraghty is the Marketing and Operations Lead (COO) for Microsoft Ireland, responsible for the overall commercial operations of the subsidiary, including marketing, budgeting, GTM planning and business strategy.

Geraghty joined Microsoft in 2007, holding several business development roles in the subsidiary before moving to Microsoft Western Europe in 2013, as a Director in the Azure Business Group, responsible for Azure Sales and Marketing across 12 subsidiaries and 14 countries.

His primary responsibility in this period was to mainstream Azure from an incubation business, working across engineering, product management, sales, and partner teams to scale the business.

Prior to joining Microsoft, he had extensive experience in engineering and consulting roles, working with Manufacturing, FSI and Telco customers worldwide.


Nikki Gibney, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer,
Deloitte

As Chief Sales and Marketing officer at Deloitte Ireland, Nikki Gibney leads the firm’s Growth team, covering a wide remit including Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Commercial and Sales Excellence, Insights and Reporting, and Executive Relationship Programmes. Since taking on this role she has overseen a significant transformation in the strategy and op model underpinning this team.

Nikki previously served as Director of Business Development. Her focus on driving business growth, strengthening brand position, and prioritising customer insights has been instrumental in her success and continues to guide her work today.


Judy Glover, Senior Market Director,
Circle K

Judy Glover began in Circle K (then Topaz Energy) in 2009 as a Category Manager. She was soon promoted to Manager status and not long after that was named Senior Marketing Director for Circle K Europe.

She is an experienced Category Management with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. Her specialities include, Negotiation, Customer Insight, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Wine and Sales.

A skilled marketer with an international focus, Hayes has previously held senior marketing positions at SThree and Polar Electro OY. He hold a BA Hons in Law from Oxford University.


Brian Healy, Marketing Manager, Brand, Communications & Sponsorship,
FBD Insurance

Brian is Marketing Manager, Brand, Communications & Sponsorship at FBD Insurance, one of Ireland’s largest property and casualty insurers looking after the insurance needs of farmers, private individuals and business owners. Brian has worked at FBD Insurance for over ten years. Prior to that he held roles at Tesco Bank Ireland, The Carr Group and Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business UCD. He holds a Masters in Marketing Practice from the Smurfit Business School.

 


Gillian Hennessy, Marketing Director,
EY Ireland

Gillian Hennessy is Director of Marketing at EY Ireland with overall responsibility for Brand and Marketing Strategy for the firm. Gillian joined EY in April 2022 and prior to that held a number of senior marketing roles including Director of Marketing and Communications at Dublin Chamber, Marketing Director at The AA Ireland and Head of Marketing at Boots Ireland. She holds a BA in International Marketing and Languages from DCU and an MBA from the Smurfit Graduate Business School at UCD.

 


Lou Hickey, EMEA Marketing Director,

Award-winning marketing and public relations professional, Lou Hickey has over twenty years of experience working within B2C and B2B, in the EMEA and APAC regions.

A commercially astute marketing strategist with a creative flair, she is an experienced brand and consumer-driven markettier with a real passion for driving integrated campaigns across all marketing channels.

As Blackhawk Network’s EMEA Marketing Director for One4all, Lou leads on consumer and brand strategy across multiple markets including Ireland, the U.K. and the Netherlands; leads on B2B and incentives marketing strategy for One4all Rewards and is marketing lead for new market expansions, new product developments, and business commercial projects.


Lisa Holmes, Head of Marketing,
Dell

Lisa is a senior marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. She is passionate about building relationships at all levels and delivering high-quality effective strategic and tactical programs.

She leads Field Marketing across Medium Business, Public Sector, Corporate and Large Enterprises in Ireland and Northern Ireland, where she drives business transformation through strong data analytics and storytelling that resonates emotionally with customers. She holds a degree in Business & French from the University of Limerick. In her spare time, she enjoys weightlifting, CrossFit and running.

 


Amanda Jobbins, Director of Marketing and Partnerships, Vodafone Business,
Vodafone

Prior to joining Vodafone, Amanda has held senior marketing roles across the technology industry. Most recently, as Global Chief Marketing Office for Infor and before that, leading marketing teams at Oracle, Dell, Cisco, and a number of other multi-national corporations. Over recent years, as a Digital and GTM focused Board Member, she has helped organisations, large and small, with their go to market strategies and international ambitions. Amanda’s passion for technology innovation translates into the marketing sphere as an ambition to reimagine how the newest tech can enhance campaigns, propositions and marketing operations.


Liz Karayusuf, Senior Marketing Manage,
Taxamo (A Vertex Inc. Company) 

Liz Karayusuf joined Taxamo as Director of Marketing in 2018 to lead the marketing strategy and realign activities to support the company’s aggressive global growth targets. She successfully supported the exponential growth of the business resulting in Taxamo’s acquisition in May 2021 by NAZDAQ quoted Vertex Inc.

Holding the position of Senior Marketing Manager, Liz now leads and drives the Demand Generation function for Vertex in UKI, Benelux, Nordics and Southern Europe.

Liz is an accomplished tech marketing leader with 20+ years of international and domestic experience across start-up and global enterprise organisations. Liz is also a Mentor on the Enterprise Ireland Mentoring Network Panel.


Shane Kavanagh, Group Marketing Director,
Fexco

As Group Marketing Director at Fexco, Shane Kavanagh is responsible for the 10 Billion dollar Fintech company’s marketing operations in over 30 countries.

He is a Trinity College Graduate who first got into marketing in 2009 with Digicel in the Caribbean. Over the past decade, Kavanagh transitioned to Group Marketing Director in both Communicorp and Fexco.

 

 


Lisa Kelly, Director of Marketing & CX,
Cornmarket Group

Lisa Kelly has 20 years’ experience in marketing and is currently Director of Marketing & CX at Cornmarket with responsibility for brand, digital, customer experience and demand generation.

She began her career at ShopDirect Ireland before holding marketing positions in a number of telecommunications organisations, including Three, Meteor and TalkTalk.

Prior to taking up her role at Cornmarket, she spent 5 years in B2B marketing at Eir. Kelly holds a BA in International Marketing & Languages from Dublin City University. She holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.


Marianne Kelly, Field Marketing Manager Ireland,
Equinix

Marianne Kelly is Field Marketing Manager for Equinix, the world’s digital infrastructure company. In this role, she is responsible for devising and implementing the marketing strategy for Equinix in Ireland – in line with the approach for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and globally. In turn, Kelly is focused on driving pipeline for the Irish business.

With 20 years of marketing management experience, specialising in B2B marketing communications for both Irish and international companies, Kelly is a creative, customer-centric marketer.

Prior to joining Equinix, she consulted with NearForm as global events manager and spent almost seven years with eir, where she worked as Marketing Communications Manager across the small-to-mid-sized business (SMB), Enterprise and Government markets for the company.


Kevin Kent, Head of Marketing,
Laya Healthcare

Kevin Kent is with Laya for 10 years and has held roles across Marketing & Sales, and is currently Head of Marketing & Consumer Sales. He is responsible for the marketing strategy for the company across all lines of business for both individual and corporate segments. He oversees the Individual Sales business for Health & Travel insurance for both offline and online sales.

Kevin led the negotiation for the expansion of laya’s sponsorship portfolio to now include Leinster, Munster & Connacht Rugby, and overseas all brand management and development work.

While in laya, Kevin has led out on numerous benefit development & innovation projects, including the development & launch of their online GP video consultation solution and their healthcoach benefit & app.

Prior to joining Laya, Mr. Kent worked in national and international Marketing roles across software, tourism, recruitment and retail, and spent a number of years agency side. Kevin holds a Master of Science in Marketing Practice from the Smurfit Business School, UCD, and is a graduate member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.


Catherine Keogh, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer,
Kerry Group

Catherine Keogh is currently in Executive leadership of the Corporate Affairs and Communications strategy for Kerry Group globally, including External Affairs and Communications, Sustainability, Issues Management, Internal Communications and Corporate Brand strategy.

Catherine Keogh has nearly three decades of marketing experience across the world including, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Cologne and Ireland.

 


Rita Kirwan, Marketing Director,
Aldi

Rita Kirwan has been Marketing Director of Aldi since January 2015. She launched Aldis’ partnership with Deliveroo and Click and Collect and managed the retailers marketing communications during Covid 19.
