Adrian Lawlor, CMO,
Kepak

Adrian Lawlor is Group Chief Marketing Officer for Kepak with responsibility for leading the Insight, Innovation and Marketing teams across the Group, in addition to co-ordination of the strategic planning process.

Adrian joined Kepak as a graduate in 2002 and after initial 4 years in a variety of marketing roles supporting the early stages of growth for Rustlers in the UK, he went on to spend 10 years in a number of senior Commercial and Business Development roles across Kepak’s Irish, European and UK business.

He was appointed Marketing & Business Development Director of the Consumer Foods Division in 2016 and as part of this, Lawlor led a significant evolution of the Marketing and Category team structures and ways of working, leading to a significant period of success for the Rustlers brand which has become a Top 100 brand in the UK, driven by award winning marketing initiatives.

After assuming responsibility for the integration and development of the Insight, Innovation and Marketing teams across Kepak’s value added businesses in 2019, he became Group Chief Marketing Officer in 2021.

Lawlor holds a BSc in Management and Marketing from Technological University Dublin, is a Fellow of The Marketing Academy EMEA 2023 Fellowship Programme and is a member of the Bord Bia Brand Forum Steering Group.


Oisin Masterson, Chief Marketing Officer,
eir

Oisin Masterson is the CMO at eir, the company providing fixed, mobile and broadband telecommunications across Ireland. He has been at eir for over five years, holding a number of notable roles in that time. He previously worked in Metlifecare and Imagine Marketing. He also worked as a Marketing Graduate at eir Ireland.


Elaine Lynch, Head of Marketing,
BT Ireland

As Head of Marketing in the dynamic realm of B2B technology, Lynch orchestrates strategic visions that transcend industry norms and propel brands towards unprecedented success. Laura Lynch, Group CMO,
Bank of Ireland 

Laura Lynch is the Group CMO of Bank of Ireland.She held the role in an interim capacity from June 2021 before being made permanent in January 2022.

Lynch has a significant depth of experience having previously held the roles of Head of Brand and Sponsorship, Group Head of Customer Experience, Head of Youth Banking and, most recently, Head of Segments and Propositions within Bank of Ireland, along with a range of senior marketing roles in eir and Ireland on line.

In her current role as CMO, she is accountable for marketing and customer propositions across the Bank of Ireland Group, including Retail Ireland, UK, Corporate and Markets businesses, with a focus on increasing brand consideration, improving customer experience, using data to transform engagement with customers and driving new areas of growth through innovation, partnerships and digital transformation.


Shane Lynch, Supervalu Marketing Manager,
Musgrave

Shane Lynch is currently the Marketing Manager of SuperValu. He has led the marketing team through a number of successful campaigns for which they have received numerous awards including Marketing team of the year 2020 at the Marketing Institute AIM awards.
Lynch has held high-ranking positions across Musgrave including Centra Retail Marketing Manager. He took up his current role in August 2019.


Lucy MacLauchlan, Head Of Global Marketing,
Inzio

Lucy MacLauchlan is the Head of Global Marketing at Inizio, previously UDG Healthcare. Since the merger of UDG/Ashfield and Huntsworth, Lucy has led the organisation through a transformational brand alignment and repositioning programme, creating a market leading commercialisation platform for the pharma industry. She is accountable for marketing propositions across the organisation with a focus on increasing brand awareness, driving new areas of revenue growth, supporting the organisations transformation through internal comms and engagement and using data to underpin marketing investment and performance.

In her current role, Lucy leads brand, marketing and communications across the globe with a team of over 40 marketers supporting the organisation in over 50 countries. Prior to joining UDG Healthcare, Lucy’s background was in journalism and consumer PR, including working at Visit London and Excess Energy Communications.


Catherine Madden, Marketing Director,
Arthur Cox LLP

Catherine Madden is Marketing Director with Arthur Cox LLP, one of the largest law firms in Ireland. She works with a team of dynamic and creative marketers to deliver the firm’s external marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on digital, content marketing and sponsorships. A member of the PR Institute of Ireland, she has worked in professional services marketing for over 15 years, developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to build engagement and brand awareness.

 

 


Suzy Maher, Senior Marketing Manager,
Maples

Suzy Maher is the Senior Marketing Manager at Maples and Calder, the law firm of the Maples Group in Europe. The Maples Group is a multijurisdictional law and professional services firm headquartered in the Cayman Islands.

She is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of strategic marketing, communications and business development activities for Europe across the Dublin, London, Luxembourg, Jersey and Dubai offices.

Prior to this, Maher was with KPMG for over 15 years where she developed and led the marketing team in delivering an outstanding programme of marketing initiatives for the firm’s Financial Services practices.


Anne Mannion, Head of Marketing & Communications,
Institute of Directors

Anne Mannion is the Head of Marketing and Communications for the Institute of Directors (IoD) Ireland. Anne is an experienced professional in leading an organisations marketing and PR strategy to deliver real results and impact. She is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP).

IoD Ireland is a leading membership body for company directors and business leaders. Its purpose is to instil stakeholder trust and confidence in organisations by educating, informing, and supporting directors to lead successfully. Anne leads on IoD Ireland’s marketing, brand, and communication strategy. She also oversees the research, policy and advocacy strategy.

Anne’s previous experience includes key marketing and communication roles for the Department of the Taoiseach (Irish EU Presidency team 2013), the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), and TheCityUK.

As well as previous roles with the Japanese Mission to the EU and the European Parliament. Anne has a Masters in International Relations and a BA Degree in History and Politics.


Ciara McCarthy, Chief Marketing Officer,

Ciara McCarthy is Chief Marketing Officer at EPS Global. An experienced marketer with a series of roles to her name, including notable appointments at Irish Pubs Global, Propylon and PDQ Webmasters, McCarthy’s work at EPS Global ensures delivery of world-class electronic products and services to leading EMS, Datacom and Telecom customers worldwide from 28 global locations.


Orla McDonagh, Senior Marketing Manager,
Dawn Farms

Orla McDonagh is Senior Marketing & Creative Brand Manager at Dawn Farms. With over 15 year’s experience creating and marketing fresh ideas from initial concept to content production, McDonagh is a skillful marketer. She has previously held positions at Bank of Ireland and Unsettled.


Siobhan McDonagh, Strategic Marketing Manager,
Supermacs

Siobhan McDonagh is a seasoned Strategic Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving innovative marketing campaigns in a highly competitive fast-food landscape. With nearly 15 years of experience in the field, Siobhan started out as a graduate with BWG Foods where she worked for five years before moving to Sydney working as a Senior Marketing Manager for Tabcorp, Australia’s largest wagering and Media company.

She returned to Supermac’s, the family business in 2019. In her role at Supermacs, Siobhan leads the marketing team for all Supermac’s brand portfolio inclusive of The Plaza Group Motorway Service stations, and Papa John’s Pizza with dynamic marketing strategies tailored to meet company objectives and exceed industry standards.

She possesses a keen understanding of consumer behaviour and emerging trends across traditional and digital channels, which she leverages to develop innovative campaigns that resonate with the Supermac’s customer bringing a unique blend of creativity, analytical prowess and strategic vision to the table. Siobhan holds a BBS Degree specialising in Marketing from the University of Limerick and an M.Sc. in Management Consultancy from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.


Orla McGuinness, Head of European Marketing,
Elavon Europe

Orla McGuinnes began working in Marketing Management over twenty years ago with International Sponsorship Management.

She has a proven track record in developing and delivering integrated strategic marketing communications programmes to deliver commercial results while working with multiple agencies and cross functional teams to deliver propositions that leverage competitive strengths for targeted campaigns for lead generation and customer retention, based on insights, across multiple channels.

She is currently the Head of European Marketing for Elavon Europe.


Louise McKeown Duggan, Marketing Director, Enterprise & Commercial Operations Director,
Magnet+

A strategic and innovative thinker in the telecommunications and technology space, Louise McKeown Duggan is a customer focused, commercially driven marketing and sales leader with a passion for disrupting the norms.

Since becoming Marketing Director in 2016, she has led an internal and external team of experts to drive revenue, grow market share, implement measured and effective traditional and digital marketing campaigns on both a national and international level, while also building long standing client relationships.

With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Ireland (MII) as her primary degree, she returned to the classroom to complete a post-graduate degree in Digital Marketing in 2016-2017 and then a Masters in Digital Marketing, Digital Communication and Media/ Multimedia in 2017-2019.

Prior to joining Magnet+ McKeown Duggan worked in a variety of commercial roles in Ireland On-Line, Deerpark Group and Netsource (before it became part of Magnet+ in 2006).


Brendan McVeigh, Regional Head of Sales & Marketing,
Norbrook

Brendan McVeigh, Regional Head of Sales & Marketing for Norbrook, was appointed this role in 2019. He thrives in the animal health industry in which he has worked for over two decades.

Prior to joining Norbrook in this new role he worked at MSD (Merck Sharp & Dohme), where he held the position of Intensive Livestock Business Unit Director.


Suzanne McVey, Senior Director, Field Marketing,

With over 16 years of experience as a versatile Marketing leader, specializing in B2B and B2B SaaS organizations, Suzanne McVey leads global field marketing at G-P.

Suzanne thrives on both assembling teams and establishing efficient processes and structure, taking genuine pleasure in the art of constructing and coaching high-performing, culturally vibrant teams.


Eileen Moloney, Director of Marketing,
Brightwater

Eileen Moloney is the Director of Marketing at the Brightwater Group which encompasses Brightwater Recruitment, BW Executive, Alternatives and Mentors.

She has overall responsibility for all marketing activities & digital channels including sponsorship, event management and branding.

She has over 26 years’ experience in marketing and business development roles. She joined Brightwater in 2000 and has headed up the award winning marketing team since 2003.

Moloney is a graduate of Dublin City University and holds a number of certifications from the Digital Marketing Institute.


Adam Monks, Senior Digital Marketing Manager & Lecturer,
eShopWorld (ESW)

Adam Monks is a digital marketing strategist, a TU Dublin graduate (formerly IT Tallaght) and an associate lecturer with TU Dublin. He began his career the event industry with a national cinema chain, expanding to entertainment clients and film launches with Javelin Group. In Javelin group he developed his skillset and grew to be the key digital account manager for some of Ireland’s largest brands including Universal Pictures, Toyota, Irish Ferries and The AA; continuing on to lead the digital team at Honey & Buzz (acquired by Allied Global marketing).

Monks developed an interest in B2B tactics and moved to an in-house role with CWSI as the marketing and demand gen manager, rebranding the company ahead of a UK expansion and creating demand gen funnels and engaging cyber security events. He currently works as part of the global commercial team in ESW as they continue to grow and expand their offering to new segments and markets. In TU Dublin, Monks lectures in behavioural studies and runs interactive module discussing the need for greater regulation and transparency within the digital marketing industry today. He is also the mentor for the final year students on the part time course.


Seamus Moore, Chief Marketing Officer,
Atlas

Seamus Moore was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in Atlas in 2023. Atlas is a technology platform that enables innovative companies to employ whomever they want, wherever they want. Atlas facilitates employee onboarding, compliance, management, and payroll in 160+ countries without the need to set up a local entity or use multiple third-party providers.

Seamus is responsible for the global expansion of the Marketing team. His focus has been expanding Atlas’ global footprint through performance marketing, as well as building brand awareness of the growing industry of employee of record solutions.

Previous to Atlas, Seamus was the CMO for Groupon, sitting on the international board and building out the marketing function globally. He has also worked for Paddy Power, O2 Telefonica, and Hewlett Packard in a career that spans 25+ years. Seamus specialises in Performance Marketing, CRM, Customer Experience, and Product Management.


Niamh Moore, Group CMO,

Niamh Moore is Group Chief Marketing Officer at Linesight, the company providing construction consultancy services since 1974. She has held this position for over four years. Niamh previously held roles at Smurfit Kappa and the Institute of Technology, Carlow. She holds a BA Comms from Dublin City University.


Sheena Morley, Head of Marketing, Britain & International, and Ireland,

Sheena Morley is Head of Marketing, Britain & International, and Ireland at DCC Vital, a part of DCC PLC. She is a marketing professional with over 20 years marketing experience within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Industry. She is a Graduate Member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland (MMII).


Ashley Morrow, Head of Brand, Advertising & Sponsorship – Energy Customer Solutions,

Ashley Morrow, Head of Brand, Advertising and Sponsorship at SSE Airtricity, has built up a wealth of brand marketing, internal communications, PR and project management experience. Spanning a broad range of corporate and consumer sectors, including energy, financial services, sports, manufacturing, technology, travel and tourism, insurance, education, and retail industries. Morrow also has a strong academic teaching and research background in communications including a PhD in Organisational Communication, First Class Honours degree in Communication, Advertising and Marketing, Project Management certification and Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Development for Researchers.


Linda Nolan, Head of Marketing,
Boots Ireland

Linda Nolan is currently Head of Marketing for Boots Ireland, where she assumes responsibility for all marketing operations in the Republic of Ireland. She leads a team of dynamic and talented marketers to deliver a multi-channel marketing programme responding to the ever-shifting consumer, retail and pharmacy dynamics.

Nolan joined Boots Ireland in 2021, after coming from Samsung Electronics where she worked for 14 years, with her last positions as Director of Marketing, a role she held for over six years. She has extensive knowledge of consumer behaviours from both store and online retail dynamics.

Boots Ireland is a leading pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer with a network of 93 stores and over 2,000 employees across the country. In 2022, Boots was recognised as the most reputable retailer and pharmacy in Ireland for the third year running, according to the 2022 Ireland Reptrak study. The company is now rated 4th most reputable organisation overall in Ireland.


Tom Noonan, Head of Marketing,
Cairn Homes

As Head of Marketing at Cairn, Tom is responsible for brand strategy, campaigns, and communications and has oversight of Cairn’s portfolio of development brands. The past year has seen Cairn invest significantly into creating greater awareness of the Cairn brand and recently Cairn announced a multi-million euro sponsorship to become headline partner of Cairn Community Games. Tom joined Cairn 12 months ago from Bewley’s where he worked as Head of Marketing for Ireland and Head of Brands for the Bewley’s Group. Before that, he led the strategic brand direction for Kerry Group’s portfolio of beverage brands in Europe. Tom is a graduate of the School of Marketing at TU Dublin and is an active member of The Marketing Institute of Ireland.

 


Ciara O’Callaghan, Global Insights Director,
Ornua

Ciara O’ Callaghan is Global Insights Director at Ornua, Ireland’s largest dairy exporter and the proud owner of Kerrygold, Ireland’s only €1bn food brand.

Ciara has amassed over 20 years’ experience in building insight led strategy for brands, predominantly in the foods industry. She began her career in consumer insight on the agency side transitioning to industry early on with leading roles in Kerry Group and eircom plc before joining Ornua in 2011. She also ran her own consultancy for four years.

Ciara’s first role in Ornua was to establish and build a consumer insight capability, before transitioning to the brand team for almost five years, starting as brand director, then moving to global brand director. Her role was to support the business transition to a Global brand matrix structure, driving global brand strategy and alignment. In 2021 she was appointed Insights Director, focussed on delivering Ornua’s vision to be an insight led organisation, leveraging the existing expertise in our global markets across consumer, category and market intelligence to enable the ambitious growth targets set by the business to 2027.

 Ciara is a graduate of University College Dublin, with a Masters and a Degree in Economics.


Roma O’Connor, Group Director of Marketing,
Dalata Hotel Group

Roma O’Connor is Group Director of Marketing at Dalata Hotel Group. O’Connor has a huge pool of experience in the sector having held roles at major national and international companies. She previously worked as Senior Marketing Executive at GE Capital, Marketing Director of McDonald’s, and Director of Marketing Planning at Bank of Ireland.


Darragh O’Connor, CMO,
BDO Ireland

Darragh O’Connor is Chief Marketing Officer at BDO Ireland, the chartered accountancy firm focused on Audit, Tax, Consulting and Advisory services for Irish and international markets. He has been with BDO for two year and, prior to that, held notable roles in Kastus and Google. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in English and German from Trinity College Dublin.


Conor O’Donovan, Head of Global Communications, Strategic Marketing & Events,
Enterprise Ireland

Conor O’Donovan, Head of Global Marketing & Communications, Enterprise Ireland Conor O’Donovan leads Global Marketing & Communications at Enterprise Ireland, the Government Agency which helps Irish business to go global. O’Donovan also has responsibility for the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) National Marketing Communications, Client Market Development and Commercial Creative Services Sector teams at Enterprise Ireland. He has a 1st Class Honours B.Comm from UCD and was awarded a full MBA scholarship from UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School.


Niamh O’Driscoll, Head of Brand & Marketing,
Virgin Media

Niamh O’Driscoll is Head of Brand & Marketing at Virgin Media, beginning her journey with Ireland’s leading entertainment and broadcast company over 9 years ago.

She is an experienced marketing professional with strong commercial acumen and over 20 years experience in strategic brand management and marketing. Prior to Virgin Media, O’Driscoll held marketing roles in O2 and Meteor. She is passionate about the importance of unlocking consumer insights and creating meaningful connections with consumers to build brands and drive sustainable growth for businesses.

O’Driscoll is a graduate of UCC with a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies, French & Spanish, spending a year in the University of Granada, Postgraduate Diploma at UCD Smurfit Business School and a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute. She lives in Dublin with her family.
