John Gibbons, Group CFO
ATA Group

John Gibbons has served as Group Chief Financial Officer of ATA Group since 2016, overseeing the financial operations and strategic planning of the company. His leadership has been integral in driving the growth and financial health of the organisation. Prior to joining ATA Group, John built a solid foundation in finance and operations through various key roles. He began his career as an accountant at KPMG, one of the leading global professional services firms, where he gained critical experience in auditing and financial management. After KPMG, John joined Dole plc, one of the world’s largest producers and marketers of fresh fruit and vegetables, where he served as Regional Finance and Operations Manager.

His role at Dole expanded further when he was promoted to Corporate Development Director, where he was responsible for driving corporate strategy and development initiatives. In addition to his role at ATA Group, John is also a Non-Executive Director at SwiftComply, where he contributes his financial and strategic expertise to the governance and oversight of the company. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University College Dublin and is a Chartered Accountant, credentials that have underpinned his successful career in financial leadership and corporate development. His broad experience across different sectors has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of financial management and operational excellence.


Derek Goggin, CFO
Teamwork

Derek joined Teamwork in 2020 from Malwarebytes, the next-generation security vendor, where he led International Finance and was part of the team that established Malwarebytes’ international business and strategy. Over a 20-year period, Derek has held leadership roles in technology companies in finance and business management. Derek’s previous companies include Apple, Voxpro (acquired by Telus International) and Trend Micro. Derek is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.


Catherine Gubbins, CFO
Greencore

Catherine Gubbins is the Chief Financial Officer of Greencore Group plc, a leading manufacturer of convenience foods in Ireland and the UK. Since joining Greencore in 2021, Catherine has been instrumental in enhancing the company’s financial management and strategic planning. Her leadership has helped drive Greencore’s growth, sustainability initiatives, and profitability.

Before Greencore, Catherine served as the CFO of daa plc, where she led the financial strategy of the Dublin and Cork airports. With over two decades of experience in finance, she has held various senior roles in audit and corporate finance at KPMG and daa plc. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. She is passionate about fostering sustainable business practices and mentoring the next generation of finance leaders.


David Guiry, Financial Consultant
Norbrook Laboratories

David joined Norbrook in January 2025. He has over 15 years of experience working in multinational businesses. David joined Norbrook from IPL, a global plastics packaging manufacturer, where he was Finance Director, helping shape and execute the commercial and operational strategy for their Consumer Packaging division.

Before IPL, David spent over 12 years in CRH, the building materials company, and held a variety of finance roles in both their Group Finance and European Divisions, including 4 years as CFO of their Ukrainian business. David is a qualified Chartered Accountant.


John Heade, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director
New Ireland


John Heade is the Chief Financial Officer of New Ireland, where he is also an executive director. Heade has been CFO at New Ireland since 2020. He previously held a role at Irish Life Assurance, where he was head of accounting at Irish Life Retail. Heade was Financial Control & Reporting Director at Aviva Group Ireland, having taken up the role in February 2009 and went on to occupy the position of Finance Director at Aviva Life & Pensions Ireland before joining Bank of Ireland in 2014. Heade is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.


Michael Horan, Chief Financial and Secretariat Officer
Tirlán

Michael Horan is Chief Finance and Secretariat Officer with Glanbia Co-op and was appointed as a member of the Glanbia Co-op Board on April 4th 2022. He previously held the position of Group Secretary of Glanbia PLC from 2005 to 2022, and prior to that was the Group Financial Controller.

He joined the Group in 1998 as Financial Controller of the Fresh Pork business in Ireland. Horan previously worked with Almarai Company in Saudi Arabia and BDO Simpson Xavier. A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, he graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.


Liam Hughes, Group CFO
Carbery Group

Liam Hughes is the Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at Carbery Group, a position he assumed in July 2023. Originally from Fermoy, Co. Cork, Hughes has an impressive background in senior finance and business leadership roles globally, including as President of Taste Europe at Kerry Group.

With a wealth of financial and commercial expertise, Hughes has a proven track record of driving growth and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, he has lived and worked internationally, including in the United States, further strengthening his global perspective. His expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and commercial leadership makes him a crucial figure at Carbery at a pivotal time, as the company looks to build on 50 years of success and innovation in the food industry.


Danny Jack, Finance Director
Tesco Ireland

As Finance Director, Danny oversees all financial operations, including Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Control, Tax, and Procurement. His role is critical in ensuring that the company’s financial strategies align with its long-term business objectives, while also maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency and governance.

Danny brings over 13 years of experience with Tesco, where he has held a variety of senior roles across the UK and internationally. His extensive background in commercial finance, coupled with his ability to lead diverse teams, has equipped him with a deep understanding of the complex financial challenges in the retail sector. Most recently, he led Tesco’s UK Commercial Finance team, where he was instrumental in supporting the business’s financial strategy during a time of market transformation. In February 2024, Danny assumed the position of Finance Director for Tesco Ireland, where he is now responsible for driving financial performance, supporting business growth, and ensuring compliance across all financial activities in the region.


Nik Jhangiani, CFO and Interim CEO
Diageo

Nik Jhangiani was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Diageo plc in September 2024 and interim Chief Executive Officer in July 2025. Nik Jhangiani was previously Chief Financial Officer at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), the world’s largest Coca-Cola bottler with revenues of over €18 billion in 2023, a role he has held since 2016. CCEP is listed on the London Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, Euronext Amsterdam, and the Spanish Stock Exchanges.

Nik has more than 30 years of finance experience gained in roles in the UK, Europe, India, Africa and the US, including 20 years as Chief Financial Officer; and has spent most of his career in the consumer and beverage industries, including 20 years within the Coca-Cola system. Prior to his current role, Nik was Chief Financial Officer and SVP at Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) from 2013 to 2016, having joined CCE in 2012. From 2009 to 2012, Nik was Group Chief Financial Officer at Bharti Enterprises, one of India’s leading business groups with operations in 21 countries and interests in telecoms, food, retail and real estate.


Marie Joyce, CFO
NTR plc

Marie is a seasoned leader in global investment, strategy, capital raising, finance and operations. Since 2013, she has been instrumental in shaping NTR’s clean energy strategy, overseeing the creation and launch of three European renewable investment funds and deploying over €2bn of capital.

Before joining NTR, Marie worked with Élan Corporation plc and Arthur Andersen. She also served as Chair of the Board of Make-A-Wish Ireland. Marie is a director of daa plc, the Irish state-owned international airport and travel retail group with businesses in 16 countries, and Staycity Group, one of Europe’s leading aparthotel operators. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Galway, a Master of Accounting from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.


Peter Juhas, CFO
Aercap

Peter Juhas serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of AerCap, a global leader in aircraft leasing based in Ireland. With a diverse background in both finance and law, Juhas has built a career marked by leadership in complex financial and corporate transactions. His prior experience includes serving as Deputy CFO at American International Group (AIG), where he was deeply involved in financial restructuring and oversight. Before AIG, he worked at Morgan Stanley, specialising in investment banking, where he played a key role in mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities for major corporate clients.

Earlier in his career, Juhas practised corporate law at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, focusing on joint ventures, securities, and restructuring cases. Juhas is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D., 1997). Since joining AerCap, Juhas has been instrumental in overseeing the company’s major financial initiatives, including significant acquisitions, capital market activities, and operational efficiency improvements. His leadership continues to reinforce AerCap’s position as a global powerhouse in aviation leasing and finance, guiding the company through strategic growth while maintaining financial discipline and shareholder value. His broad expertise in both corporate finance and law positions him as a key figure in shaping AerCap’s future in a dynamic global market.


Andrew Keating, CFO
Musgrave

Andrew Keating was appointed Chief Financial Officer in December 2022. Before assuming this role, Keating served as Chief Financial Officer at Bank of Ireland, where he was responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and operations of one of Ireland’s leading financial institutions. His extensive experience in finance is further highlighted by his executive role at CRH, a global leader in building materials.

Keating’s career spans several high-profile positions, where he has demonstrated his expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance. He has a proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering value across diverse sectors.


Barry Kelly, CFO
National Broadband Ireland

barry kellyBarry Kelly has held the role of Chief Financial Officer of National Broadband Ireland (NBI) since its establishment in 2020. NBI is delivering the State’s €2.7 billion National Broadband Plan, rolling out high-speed fibre broadband to 1.1 million people across rural Ireland. With over thirty years’ finance and commercial experience, ranging from small entrepreneurial businesses and start-ups to publicly quoted multi-nationals and private equity concerns, Kelly has responsibility for all aspects of finance, accounting, control, reporting and investor relations at NBI.

His previous roles include serving as the M&A Director in Valeo Foods, a pan-European Private equity-owned Food conglomerate, and Senior Director of Transaction Services at KPMG in Ireland. Across both roles, he has led a large volume of significant corporate acquisitions, mergers, and disposal transactions as well as stock market listings. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.


Jacinta Lambert, Senior Finance Director
Medtronic

Jacinta LambertJacinta Lambert has held the role of Finance Director at Medtronic plc since 2009. Medtronic acquired Covidien in 2015. The company was founded in 2007 and has over 10,000 employees worldwide. She began her finance career in 1998 as Financial Controller for Bowne and followed that with a move to Pareto Marketing Ltd.

She then worked in Systimax Solutions Ireland Ltd before moving to ESG Re Ltd, where she spent over four years as Chief Accounting Officer. Lambert studied a Diploma in Irish Company Law at Dublin Business School before completing a Diploma in Corporate Law and Governance, Irish Corporate Law and Governance at the Law Society of Ireland. In 2014, she studied a Chartered Directors Programme at the Institute of Directors Ireland, and in 2018, she completed a Certificate in Company Secretarial Law and Practice, Irish Company Law.


Marguerite Larkin, Group CFO
Kerry Group

Marguerite Larkin is Group CFO and joined Kerry in 2018, bringing extensive financial knowledge and risk management expertise. Prior to her current position, Larkin was a partner at a global leader in consulting, corporate finance, audit and tax services, operating in a broad range of industries including food and beverage, pharma and technology.

She has extensive international experience and has held a number of leadership roles, including Head of Audit and Assurance and Risk Advisory. Larkin is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master’s in Accountancy.


Gina Laverty, CFO
Viatel Technology Group

Gina Laverty is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Viatel Technology Group, bringing over twenty years of experience in finance and corporate strategy to the role. Since joining the company in 2021, Gina has been instrumental in shaping Viatel’s direction, including the strategic onboarding of Macquarie Capital as a new shareholder.

Gina’s experience in hypergrowth environments and her sharp focus on value creation have helped Viatel strengthen its market position and expand its service portfolio. Gina has overseen carefully calculated M&A activity designed to reposition Viatel as the go-to provider for integrated technology solutions, particularly in cybersecurity, secure networking and Microsoft capabilities. Gina leads a team of talented finance professionals managing all aspects of financial strategy, performance, accounting, reporting and investor relations for the group. Viatel is the latest exciting chapter in an impressive international financial career spanning over twenty years.

Most recently, Gina was part of the team that managed the sale of Realex to Global Payments, later joining the European Management Team at Global Payments and ultimately serving as Senior Vice President for International Finance. A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Gina is a Chartered Accountant and a Tax Consultant. The Viatel customer base spans many industries, but it is notably strong in the fintech, healthcare, and retail sectors. Laverty’s experience in hyper-growth businesses and M&A activity is indispensable to Viatel’s ongoing growth strategy.


Ciara Lee, ESG Director
Cisco

Ciara Lee - CiscoCiara Lee began working with Cisco almost twenty years ago and has, in that time, worked in several roles, including Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia (EMEAR) Accounting leader, followed by EMEAR Head of Corporate Revenue. She took on the position of Director of Finance & CFO for Cisco Capital in EMEAR in 2019. Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) is the worldwide leader in technology that powers the Internet.

The company was founded in 1984 by two computer scientists from Stanford University seeking an easier way to connect different types of computer systems. Today, 85% of Internet traffic travels across Cisco’s systems, and Cisco is a global, multi-national corporation, headquartered in San Jose, California. Lee studied Commerce at University College Dublin and is a qualified accountant (FCCA). She has been recently elected to serve on the Business Leaders Forum panel for ACCA Ireland.


Seána Leech, CFO
Cpl


Seána Leech joined Cpl in February 2018 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2022. Before joining Cpl, she worked for some large multinational organisations with the responsibility for the management of complex finance functions in highly regulated environments. She is a qualified accountant and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.


Mark Lynch, CFO
Arthur Cox

Mark Lynch currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Arthur Cox, a leading Irish law firm, a role he has held since July 2021. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial performance, managing financing arrangements, and supporting business growth through strategic planning and forecasting.

Lynch also drives operational efficiency, ensuring that financial reporting is both accessible and insightful for stakeholders. Before joining Arthur Cox, Lynch had an extensive career in professional services, including nearly a decade as CFO of Deloitte Ireland. He also held several leadership roles at PwC Ireland, where he focused on corporate finance, business advisory, and performance improvement.

In addition to his impressive career, Lynch is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying in 1996, and has a long history of helping firms manage financial strategy and business operations effectively. His deep experience in financial planning and operational management makes him a key player in driving growth and stability at Arthur Cox, working closely with partners to ensure the firm’s financial health in a dynamic business environment.


David Manifold, CFO
H&MV Engineering

David Manifold started his career as an audit assistant at Cooney Carey back in 1986. Since then, he has held several roles as a financial controller and CFO across multiple Irish companies. He started his current CFO position at H&MV in February 2024. Manifold is an experienced CFO with over 20 years of experience in senior executive roles. Manifold has experience with leading, structuring and integrating complex M&A transactions, such as Asendia’s acquisition of eShopworld. He is a graduate of Griffith College with an ACCA diploma in Accounting, and also holds a Master of Business Administration from Henley Business School.


John Martin, CFO
Octium 

John Martin is the CFO of Octium Life DAC, where he leads financial strategy, reporting, and compliance within the life assurance sector. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, he has held senior roles under the Central Bank of Ireland’s PCF framework and served on multiple boards. Known for his clear communication and strategic insight, John is a trusted advisor who bridges technical finance and executive leadership.


Gráinne McAleese, Deputy CFO
Inizio

Gráinne McAleese is Deputy Group CFO for Inizio Healthcare, a pharma commercialisation services partner which employs 10,000+ globally and is headquartered in Dublin. In 2021, she was part of the UDG management team, which oversaw the successful $4 billion acquisition of UDG Healthcare plc by private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, which was rebranded as Inizio.

Before UDG, she worked as General Manager, Ireland with Alexion, a rare disease US biotech company, leading their expansion and a €500 million investment in biologics and packaging facilities in Ireland. McAleese previously spent ten years working with Elan Pharmaceuticals in the United States and Ireland in various corporate, strategic and group finance roles.


Oliver McAllister, CFO
Lakeland Dairies

Oliver McAllister has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Lakeland Dairies, assuming the role in July 2024.

Before this appointment, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Dale Farm Ltd, a prominent dairy enterprise in Northern Ireland, where he was instrumental in overseeing financial operations and strategic planning. Mr McAllister brings extensive experience in financial management within the agricultural and food sectors, having held senior financial positions across various organisations. He is a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, where he achieved Chartered Accountant status. His considerable expertise and leadership have been pivotal in the growth and success of the organisations he has been associated with throughout his career.


Stephen McCarthy, CFO
Aviva Insurance

Stephen McCarthy is the Chief Financial Officer at Aviva Ireland, General Insurance, a role he began in July 2022. He has been with Aviva since 2014, gaining extensive experience in various areas of the insurance industry, including pricing, reserving, risk management, and business operations across the UK, Canada, and Ireland.

Before becoming CFO, Stephen was the Head of Corporate Development at Aviva Group. In this role, he played a key part in leading acquisitions and disposals that were crucial for reshaping the company’s strategic direction. His work in corporate development showcased his deep knowledge of corporate finance and strategic planning within the insurance sector. Stephen is a certified actuary with a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial and Financial Studies from University College Dublin. His broad international experience and strategic skills make him a key leader in steering Aviva Ireland’s financial operations and long-term growth initiatives.
