Acumen Aviation releases 2017 Operational Review

The Irish aircraft asset management firm continued its growth in 2017.

Acumen Aviation now has a team of 70+ people and 30+ assets enrolled in Asset Integrated Management Services (AIMS). 50 countries worldwide are covered by the Acumen business.

With the company’s continued growth, 10+ new clients have been added to the already-existing extensive list.

100 assets in the firm have been appraised, constituting 58 narrowbody aircrafts, 13 business aircrafts, two widebodies and 27 engines.

Three special projects were accomplished, which included asset integration projects for 400+ and 600+ fleet sizes and maintenance service reviews for a 200+ fleet size.

500+ management projects took place, including 108 pre-purchase inspections, 154 audits, 21 transitions, 5 repossessions, 59 engine projects and 18 Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) projects.
