CRH, the building materials solutions group, reports revenues increase and is our Company of the Month for August 2025, in association with KPMG.
CRH was formed through a merger in 1970 of two leading Irish public companies, Cement Limited (established 1936) and Roadstone Limited (established 1949). Today the Irish-headquartered buildings materials group employs 80,000 people at 3,800 locations across 28 countries worldwide. The group is the largest building materials business in North America, with operations in 48 US states and 7 Canadian provinces, employing 47,400 people.
This year, the group reported an increase in revenues by 6% to $ 10.2 billion in the second quarter.
