DCC Group, a Dublin-headquartered sales, marketing, and support service company, has recently announced entering four new markets. The company acquired UGI liquid gas businesses in Poland, Hungary, Czechia, and Slovakia.
The largest acquisition is AmeriGas Polska. The business is based in Warsaw and has a nationwide infrastructure. It serves more than 10,000 bulk customers and approximately 8,000 cylinder customers.
In addition, the company supplied over 200 million litres of liquid gas during the year ending September 2025. Overall, the company distributed this volume to approximately 30,000 customers across both bulk and cylinder accounts.
The FLAGA-branded operations in Hungary, Czechia, and Slovakia are strategically significant, serving a combined 12,000 customers across the three markets. The platform offers strong organic growth potential while also creating opportunities for further regional consolidation.
