Taking place on 26 May in Dublin, the Dublin Tech Summit Leaders Dinner will bring together senior technology and business executives for an evening of high-level networking, as Eric Mosley, CEO of Workhuman, and F5 Chief Digital Officer Alvina Antar are recognised with the Visionary Leader and Grace Hopper Awards.

This year, the evening will spotlight two global tech leaders whose work continues to shape the future of business and technology, with Eric Mosley and Alvina Antar selected as the 2026 award recipients.

Recognising innovation and leadership

Eric Mosley, CEO and co-founder of Workhuman, will receive the Visionary Leader Award. Under Mosley’s leadership, Workhuman has pioneered the use of technology to boost employee experience, recognition, and performance.

Alongside him, Alvina Antar, Chief Digital Officer at F5, will be presented with the Grace Hopper Award. Named after the pioneering computer scientist, the award recognises exceptional women in STEM who have significantly advanced both technology and society.

At F5, Antar spearheads large-scale digital transformation initiatives and enterprise technology strategies. The award also highlights the crucial importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion, recognising leaders who contribute to a more inclusive and representative global tech ecosystem.

Strategic partnerships and industry trends

Accenture joins this year’s Leaders Dinner as a key partner, underscoring the event’s stature as a premier forum for executive strategy and digital transformation.

Hosted at the historic Stephen’s Green Club, the gathering comes at a pivotal time for the sector. With tech leaders currently balancing the realities of rapid AI adoption alongside shifting employee expectations, the dinner offers a rare chance to step away from the daily grind. It provides a relaxed, peer-to-peer space for attendees to share genuine insights and discuss the practical challenges that will shape the industry over the coming years.
