Nominee of the Elevation Award at the Business & Finance Awards 2023, Integrity360, has earned the status of trusted security advisor for over 3,000 clients across the UK and Ireland.

The Business & Finance Awards, in association with KPMG, take place on the 8th of December. The award ceremony holds an important date for Irish and international business and political leaders as we recognise those paving the way for business excellence on the island of Ireland and beyond.

Since it was established in 2005, Integrity360 has earned the status of trusted security advisor for over 1,500 clients across the UK and Ireland. The company, composed of cyber security specialists, employs 500 people across the two countries.

Integrity360 significantly strengthened its Managed Detection and Response (MDR) portfolio in 2022. As businesses look for new ways to detect and contain threats, the company launched its AI-driven Vectra MDR Platform, which empowers organisations to detect and respond to threats before they become breaches.

Growth

Integrity360 has also announced that it is targeting significant business growth following the launch of its managed Digital Risk Protection Service. This offers 24/7 monitoring and rapid response for digital risks outside of traditional business environments by proactively scanning for threats on the Open, Deep and Dark web.

Integrity360 grew its revenues by €43m in 2022 – an increase of 104% on 2021’s figures. The company invested €5 million in growth investments in 2022.

Acquisitions

The company acquired Caretower, another cybersecurity player which operates from offices in London and Sofia, Bulgaria, in February 2022.  Combined, the enhanced group achieved sales of c.£72m in 2022.

To support its ambitious growth plans, Integrity360 acquired Swedish cybersecurity services provider NetSecure in May 2023, enabling expansion into the Nordic region.

It also acquired Dublin-headquartered cyber security specialist Advantio in July, enabling Integrity360 to expand further into continental Europe and expanding group resources to approximately 500 employees.

The enhanced group forecasts revenues of approximately €115m in 2023 and expects to complete further acquisitions as part of its pan-European expansion plan this year.

Net Zero

Integrity360’s is certified with ISO 14001 and aims to reduce its emissions year-on-year to achieve Net Zero by 2040. Furthermore, the company has implemented a stringent carbon reduction plan.

Integrity360 engaged an independent ESG consultant, Sustainable Advantage, to calculate its equivalent carbon dioxide (ECO2) baseline level and use this as a gauge towards its commitment to reaching Net Zero.

In order to achieve this goal, the company plans to reach a 12% absolute reduction in emissions by 2025 (from 2021 baseline levels) and work up to a 94% absolute reduction in emissions by 2045. Its ESG policy also includes initiatives such as the adoption of a hybrid and remote working policy, the shift to more energy efficient offices in 2023, a recycling programme, an undertaking to drive sustainability in the supply chain, and the move to paperless working.
