Fenergo Limited, one of the companies nominated for the prestigious Elevation Award, in association with Enterprise Ireland, aims to future-proof client lifecycle management.
Fenergo Limited’s aim is “future-proofing client lifecycle management.” Its solution, Fenergo Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), facilitates any client type with any product type, digitally transforming and streamlining end-to-end client lifecycle management processes.
This incorporates regulatory onboarding, data integration, client and counterparty data management, compliance reviews and remediation, and client offboarding. This SaaS, API-first solution builds on Fenergo’s technology to make the client lifecycle more efficient, compliant, and digital.
Founded in 2009, and headquartered in Castleforbes House, Dublin, Fenergo has gone from strength to strength. Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, Stella Clarke, has built out a robust strategy and product marketing function.
Expanding Market
In April 2022 Fenergo expanded its geographic reach by bringing new offerings to market: Perpetual KYC, ESG Compliance and Product Enablement Acquired Sentinels.
By extending its product portfolio Fenergo has enlarged its addressable market. Sentinels’ transaction monitoring solutions are purpose-designed to detect and eliminate criminal transactions fast and at scale, and clients and FIs will be able to combine rich KYC profiles with client behavioural data for continuous and granular KYC monitoring. This will ensure that the most appropriate due diligence is exercised.
Sentinels can also address market opportunities in a new segment (Fintech/Payments/Crypto) that call for single vendor solutions for client-lifecycle-management and financial-crime-risk mitigation.
GTM Asia and Machine Learning
In 2023, Fenergo launched GTM Asia with specific focus areas being Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.
In a constructive manoeuvre to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, Fenergo aims to use artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate all aspects of client lifecycle management, decision-making and business processes to create an intelligent CLM platform
Fenergo will also orchestrate data from any 3rd party system, match and merge it into a single entity profile and create a data model that is easy to interpret and map into downstream and upstream systems.
Over the years, Fenergo has proven its ability to develop innovative, digital solutions that equip financial institutions with the tools to navigate the highly complex regulatory environment and fight financial crime, transform client operations, accelerate growth, and enhance client experience, through SaaS solutions that transform and future proof CLM processes.
