Brian O’Driscoll, Chief Financial Officer
Flipdish
Flipdish has announced the appointment of Brian O’Driscoll as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Flipdish enters the next stage of its growth with the introduction of its first AI phone agent.
Brian O’Driscoll brings more than 20 years of experience in working with high-growth organisations, leading complex transactions, and building world-class finance and operational capabilities.
Before that, O’Driscoll held different positions, such as CFO at TitanHQ and senior finance leader for Qualtrics in Europe.
Co-founder and CEO Conor McCarthy commented, “Brian brings exceptional financial and operational expertise, together with deep experience supporting high-growth technology companies. David Adams, Head of Sales
Nestlé
David Adams was appointed as Nestlé’s Head of Sales earlier this week.
Adams brings more than 15 years of experience in management and sales. Over the years, David Adams held positions at Kraft Heinz, where he worked for 11 years, and several senior commercial and strategic positions, including Head of Procurement, Northern Europe, Managing Director, Ireland and most recently Vice President of Sales for the UK & Ireland. In his role as Vice President of Sales, he led a team of over 100 employees across Retail UK, Discounters & Convenience, Away From Home (Foodservice), Category Development, E-Commerce and Ireland with full P&L responsibility of over €1 billion in revenue.
Originally from Glasgow and living in Dublin, David is a graduate of the University of Strathclyde. David holds a BA in Marketing and is a certified trainer of The Living Leader’s Personal Leadership Programme.

Sébastien Boussemart, Head of Animal Health
Chanelle Pharma
Sébastien Boussemart has been appointed as Head of Animal Health at Chanelle Pharma.
In his new role, Boussemart will oversee the end-to-end business from development and manufacturing to commercialisation.
Commenting on his appointment, Sébastien Boussemart said, “I am thrilled to join Chanelle Pharma at such a transformative time. The company’s vision to expand the end-to-end B2B partnership is unique in the industry. Will Carmody, Managing Partner
Mason Hayes & Curran
Will Carmody has been reappointed as Mason Hayes & Curran’s Managing Partner for a second term.
Carmody was first appointed Managing Partner in January 2023 after over 20 years with the firm, including leading its Financial Services practice. In his first term, he directed investment into the firm’s core sector and industry focus areas, with a particular emphasis on the development and hiring of subject matter specialist lawyers. He also focused on advancing innovation and the use of technology to improve client service and efficiency.

Eoin Kiersey, Chief Technology Officer

FutureRange has announced the appointment of Eoin Kiersey as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Kiersey assumes the role from Michael Rooney, who has led the technology function with dedication and commitment, building a strong technical foundation on which the next phase of growth will be delivered.

Mark McGreevy, CEO
Collen
Building contractor Collen has announced the appointment of its new CEO, Mark McGreevy, effective on 5 January 2026.
Mark McGreevy’s appointment marks the next step in the Group’s evolution, reinforcing the company’s strategic focus on sustainable growth, people-centric leadership and long-term value creation.
McGreevy has served on the Collen Board since 2024 as a Non-Executive Director and brings over 30 years of multi-sectoral industry experience to the role, having worked both in Ireland and internationally at the Executive level with the Sisk Group. He was also a key figure in the strategic growth of the specialist construction services businesses Vision Built and Sensori, and comes with a deep appreciation of the values and long-term stewardship that underpin Collen’s enduring success.
