Sorcha MacMahon & Mark Harrington, Senior Client Manager & Client Director
Springboard Communications
Springboard Communications has announced the appointment of Sorcha MacMahon and Mark Harrington.
In his new role, Mark Harrington will contribute to providing strategic counsel to clients. Additionally, he will advise organisations on reputation management, as well as lead integrated communications campaigns.
Bringing over nine years of experience to his new role, Harrington has worked both in the public and private sectors, across agency communications roles. He joins his new role from a previous in-house position.
Speaking on his appointment, Mark Harrington said, “I’m looking forward to working with the team to support clients as they navigate increasingly complex communications challenges.”
Sorcha MacMahon is joining her new role, where she will support the delivery of campaigns. She will focus on media relations and stakeholder engagement. MacMahon brings six years of experience in media relations, digital communications, and stakeholder engagement. She has worked with public, private, and non-profit organisations.
Sorcha MacMahon added, “The opportunity to work across a diverse client portfolio and contribute to integrated campaigns that deliver real impact is something I’m really looking forward to.”
Tara Finnegan, Sales Director
Hidden Hearing
Hidden Hearing has announced the appointment of Tara Finnegan as its new Sales Director for Ireland and Northern Ireland’s operations. The firm specialises in hearing healthcare.
Finnegan brings experience from various roles to her new position. Previously, she has held in-house roles across markets and leadership levels. Most recently, she was the Global Commercial Trainer for the firm, supporting teams across the US to Australia, and markets in between.
Following her appointment, Tara Finnegan said, “I am incredibly proud to take on the role of Sales Director for Hidden Hearing Ireland. Having grown with the organisation across so many roles and markets, I have seen first-hand the impact our teams make on people’s lives every day.”

Micheál Ó Mulláin, Managing Partner
O’Flynn Exhams LLP

The law firm O’Flynn Exhams LLP has announced the appointment of Micheál Ó Mulláin as its new Managing Partner.
Ó Mulláin joins from the Real Estate, Banking, and Finance team, where he will stay, in addition to his new position as a Managing Partner.
He joined the company in 1999, after graduating with a law degree from University College Cork in 1995.
Speaking about his appointment, Ó Mulláin said, “It is both an honour and a privilege to be appointed to the position of Managing Partner of O’Flynn Exhams LLP. I would like to thank my predecessor, Shane Crossan, for his sterling efforts during his tenure in representing and growing the firm in a measured and professional manner. The firm is currently in an expansionary phase with the announcement of a number of new appointments imminent and a robust internship and traineeship programme in place.”
Ross Laurie, Head of Commercial
Evara

Evara has announced the appointment of Ross Laurie as its new Head of Commercial. The role has been newly created.
In his new position, Laurie will be responsible for driving the firm’s aim to move towards self-delivery on all new developments. He will also be responsible for implementing supply chain agreements and refining the standard house type range.
Before his new role, he held positions at Bellway Homes, most notably as Group Head of Commercial and Group Commercial Director.
Commenting on his appointment, Laurie said, “I am extremely excited to be joining Evara at a time when the business is growing its development pipeline and has ambitious plans to increase its output. Evara has a great team and operates to the highest standards. It is also committed to developing quality homes in great communities, and I am looking forward to playing my part in ensuring its future success.”
Adding additional comments, Michael Hynes, Chief Executive Officer of Evara, said, “We are pleased to appoint Ross as our new Head of Commercial. He is joining the company at an exciting time as we continue to grow our landbank and seek to increase our annual output to 1,500 homes a year.”

Crowe Ireland
The accountancy and business advisory firm Crowe Ireland has announced three new partner appointments.
Colm Sheehan has been appointed as a Partner in the Corporate Finance practice.
Sheehan brings extensive experience from advising businesses on transactions, strategic planning, and value-enhancing initiatives. He also has expertise in due diligence, business sales, valuations, debt advisory and financial analysis.
Commenting on his appointment, Colm Sheehan said, “Crowe is ideally positioned to support businesses as they plan, invest and grow. I look forward to contributing to the continued development of our advisory offering and helping clients achieve their strategic objectives.”
Declan Hanly joins the firm as a Partner to drive growth in Corporate Restructuring. Hanly brings extensive experience advising a wide range of stakeholders on complex restructurings, recovery and special situations. He supports businesses in navigating financial distress, executing transactions and delivering sustainable solutions.
Following his appointment, Hanly said, “The advisory landscape continues to evolve, and Crowe is exceptionally well positioned to support businesses as they adapt, transform and plan for the future. I look forward to contributing to the continued development of our restructuring and advisory services.”
Kevin Quinn has been appointed as a Tax Partner. In his new role, he will oversee a broad range of tax services for the firm’s international clients.
Quinn is qualified as both a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser. Previously, he has held senior tax roles, advising a wide range of clients and consistently delivering tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
Speaking on his appointment, Kevin Quinn said, “Crowe’s strong international network and reputation for pragmatic, commercial advice make it ideally placed to support businesses investing in and expanding within Ireland.
