Ms Roberts replaces Catherine Duffy – the firm’s previous and first female chairwoman.
A&L Goodbody have announced the appointment of partner and former head of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution department, Eileen Roberts as chairwoman.
Eileen Roberts is a Partner in A&L Goodbody’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and will continue to work with existing clients alongside her role as chairwoman. Ms Roberts is a commercial litigator specialising in large scale commercial disputes, and represents clients not only in Court work but also has extensive experience of arbitration, mediation and tribunals/inquiries.
Ms Roberts will replace Catherine Duffy who was appointed the firm’s first chairwoman in 2006. Ms Duffy will continue her role as a senior finance partner in the firm.
